My overall experience was exceptionally pleasant. My sales person Jorge Paiola was very knowledgeable and helpful. Jorge had great follow up about the registration and inspection as well as being interested in my experience with the dealership. He was great The Business Manager Su Dong was equally impressive. Again very knowledgeable, she laid out all my options and we walked through them in a non pushy way. She made suggestions and answered any question I had. She was outstanding. I had my 21 year old daughter with me and even though she sat in the lobby on her phone both Jorge and Su went to talk to her at different points of the visit. Those two exemplify the values of a family owned business and I will come back because of them when my wife needs a vehicle.

We recently purchased our second Audi from Fathers & Sons (Audi of West Springfield). Another great buying experience and great price! We returned based on our prior buying experience and exceptional service over the nearly 8 years we owned our prior Q5. Both Vinnie and "Z" were great on the sales side and Steve the Service Manager is excellent. My wife and I have always felt that buying a car is also buying the ongoing relationship with the dealership as long as you own the car and we've never been disappointed.
