My partner and I did not have a great experience due to the sales representative, Brendan Walsh. During the purchasing process, we asked multiple times whether the car included a remote start feature, and we were told that it did. After the purchase, we realized the vehicle did not have remote start.
We contacted Brendan by both phone and text. He acknowledged that the feature was not included and told us that Audi would cover the cost of purchasing and installing a remote start through a third party. Unfortunately, the process took several months, and we had to repeatedly follow up due to Brendan not responding or making progress on the issue.
Eventually, I contacted the Sales Manager, Joey Lehtomaki, who did handle the reimbursement after the remote start was installed. However, the situation did not seem to receive much urgency or concern despite the fact that the issue had been ongoing for months.
While the missing feature itself was not the biggest problem, the lack of communication and the time it took to resolve the situation was unacceptable. I ultimately had to take a day off from work to have the remote start installed, and the entire process could have been handled much more efficiently with better follow-up and communication.
