Called and talked to Mable Matos about a specific car and she found exactly what we wanted. She texted my husband, he gave no response, she emailed my husband, again he gave no response (he doesn’t look at those apps much), then she called him, he answered and we set up an appointment the same day and bought the car that night. She was wonderful and super attentive to details.

People are writing reviews for the sales side and this page if for service. The service department has knowledgeable Volvo mechanics and service writers. They get my car fixed fast and on time. They aren’t as bad as people portray.

Purchased my 1st Volvo ever at DARCARS Volvo of Rockville on 2/25/2025, a 2025 S-60 PHEV. I have been purchasing cars for about 50 years now and have dealt with numerous different car dealers, including most recently Lexus and BMW. I would have to say that my buying experience at Volvo of Rockville was one of the best ever. Daniel, the sales manager, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in walking me thru the pros, cons and costs associated with purchasing vs leasing of the 2025 S-60 I was interested in. And when the one I was considering got sold before I was ready to buy, Daniel went out of his way to locate and obtain an identical vehicle from another Volvo dealer. My salesman, Manny Rodriguez, was simply the best car salesman I have ever worked with. Manny was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and straight shooting, just a pleasure to deal with. I couldn't have asked for anything more. My advice would be that no matter what you currently think of Volvo, you should take a look at the current Volvo line of cars; they are much more impressive than I honestly thought they would be. And when you do, go to Volvo of Rockville and ask for Manny.

The employees in this dealership are completely unprofessional.. I was about to purchase a car from them but decided to go elsewhere when they began playing haggle games. The salesman would quote me one price- then the manager would qoute me another. I couldn't get a straight answer from anyone. The managers were rude and the obese finance guy (john) was a crook. I ended up buying my s80 from annapolis volvo. What a diference!! A beutiful showroom full of friendly employees who were there to help me-not to scam me. I purchased the same car for much less, and with a much better finance rate. I would recomend anyone interested in a volvo to purchase thiers at annapolis volvo- they appreciated my business. I would have rated Village Volvo all zeros, but 1s where the lowest rating available.

I had initial bad service experiences here, but recently, after needing to return as my usual Volvo dealer could get me in in a timely manner, I think differently of service and sales . Jermaine , sales helped me out so much by contacting the service manager on a Saturday, as my vehicle xc60 inscription’s FOB had shorted out , windows , hatch , alarm was up and down, going off . Plus Denny the service manager aptly called me immediately after I had left him a message of ‘unhappiness’ as I had just got it home the night before. So Thanks you all !
