I couldn’t be more pleased and happier with the service provided by Ourisman Motors of Waldorf in the purchase of my 2024 Subaru Forester. Specifically, starting with Ms. Amanda Sisk that provided the Forester car data, set up appointment, and ensured following my buy that my extended warranty coverage got put in place properly. For the majority of the sales work upon getting to the dealer, Mr. Mason Greenwell provided superb professional, personal and poised sales service. He explained all aspects of the sale, allowed for a test drive, and expertly took me through the purchase process and made it all effortless. I know he did great job because he answered my many questions on the car features, of which are many along with sound replies on the sales contract covering my purchase. He did it confidently but with firm understanding and answered my questions clearly and concisely. I made long 1.5-hour trip across town from the Virginia side to get there and he made it worthwhile. So, I would highly recommend using Mr. Mason for your purchase and don’t let distance get in the way of making it over to Ourisman Motors of Waldorf. I sure glad I did and am extremely satisfied and happy with a 2024 Forester.

While traveling this past weekend , our lemon of a Dodge Magnum broke down on us again. This car has less than 10000 miles on it & has been in theshop many times. Our regular dealer was of no help to us in this matter, & since we were out of town Chrysler sent our Magnum to the Accident Garge to be fixed. While witing for the service I jokingly told one of the salesmen I would love to trade back to a PT Cruiser, but out regular dealer told us that would not be possible because of the amount we owed on the Magnum. Suffice it to say that 2hrs later we were driving away in a new PT , leaving a verytroublsome Magnum behind. The Accident Garage will be the dealer we go to next time we are looking for a new car. Additionally, when I did the paperwork to purchase the vehicle, I was not given a hard sell on additional services offered by the dealership. That makes a big difference to me.
