I have nothing but good things to say about my experience buying a used vehicle from Hampstead Pre-Owned. I saw the vehicle I was interested in on Cars.com, and upon inquiring about it, was quickly contacted by Heather in Internet Sales with confirmation of an appointment to come see it. We showed up and was greeted by Kiran who is the Customer Service Concierge. His job is to be sure that every customer has a great experience buying from this dealership. He introduced us to Alan Taylor in Sales who took us to the vehicle we came to see. It was clean and exactly what we wanted, so after a test drive, we went in to take care of the paperwork. Thomas in financing assisted us in finalizing everything. When we got home, I realized that a part was missing from the tire jack kit. Kiran called to check on our satisfaction and when I mentioned about the part to him, he had Jonathan from the Service Department contact me. He found a replacement and I was able to pick it up the next day. Everything about the experience of dealing with Hampstead Pre-Owned was above my expectations. I have been to other dealerships recently and the experience here was the best! My wife who came along was very impressed with everyone as well! We would definitely return to purchase other vehicles. I told James that I be hearing a popping noise in the speaker of my suv he told me it takes like 3 hours to fix but, he would get me a loaner so I wouldn’t have to wait.. I really appreciate that. Anytime I have a concern he will definitely put my mind at ease.I live in Baltimore city and I’m sure it’s a Acura Dealership closer to me. But when you have a great service advisor like James you would travel knowing your vehicle is in good hands.

I worked through 5 dealerships and all except one tried to add in extra fees, indicate they had a car when they didn’t or try to get you to buy a 2023 when you wanted a 2024. When I explained to Devin smith at Pohanka Salisbury the above issues he put together what I considered a fair deal. I appreciated his professionalism and honesty. Car dealerships need more people like Devin.

I bought a sweet used 2023 Audi Q3 yesterday and Raleigh was my salesman and his Business Manager Rob “Mr. Cool” helped seal the deal. It was the perfect car buying experience: the sale price was several thousands below market value; the vehicle was immaculate and Raleigh even got it detailed and topped off the fuel; I was in there for under 2 hrs so it was a quick and painless transaction, I didn’t feel pressured at all from the time I sent my first email to inquire about the car’s availability, to the moment I came in to check out the vehicle and purchase it. I didn’t really believe that the car I was interested in was really on the lot as it was being offered at a relatively low price online (I thought it was a “bait n switch”) so I came in there without expecting to make a purchase. Holly crap it was real so I bought it on the spot! After we finished the transaction, Raleigh even helped me park the car I drove to get to the dealership at the nearby Metro station so I could drive home the Audi with me and pick up my other car at the end of the day by conveniently taking the Metro. I highly recommend this dealership and Raleigh is the man! Totally worth driving through DC traffic for 75 minutes. I will definitely come back to them for my next vehicle purchase. P.S. They don’t accept credit cards so bring your checkbook if you’re buying cash. ;)
