I had a major issue with Ourisman Mazda Rockville. Nana at Ourisman Mazda Rockville treated my family and myself very disrespectfully. I asked for a military discount of only $500, Nana wouldn’t do it and expected that since I drove from Delaware I wouldn’t leave without the car. Boy was he wrong! After leaving a review about my experience on the right and wrong Ourisman page, the General Manager at Ourisman Chevrolet contacted me back apologizing for Ourisman Mazda and gave me his contact information. I reached out to him asking if he had any of the car I was looking for in stock. He immediately responded back, was kind, corrected the issues I had at Ourisman Mazda and connected me with Mr. Wellington who was also very kind and understanding. The finance guy here was much better. If you really don’t want any add on’s just tell Mr. Jones but remember he is a sales person so it is his job to get people to add products on. I am very impressed with the turnaround I had at Ourisman Chevrolet. The only good thing at Ourisman Mazda was Suki, the GM should hire him at Ourisman Chevrolet because he was really the only one at Ourisman Mazda who showed me respect from the beginning. Thank you Ourisman Chevrolet, I will be buying a Denali soon and would definitely come back here to purchase.

Bought a used truck from Keene, there where two surprises when I got there to complete the transaction, the truck had a Ravelco antitheft device installed and an aftermarket light bar behind the grill. I had inquired twice about modifications and these two items were overlooked. Ultimately I was okay with the two additions and completed the transaction in about an hour including a test drive. I won't ding them on stars because they were great to deal with versus some of the other dealers I spoke with in hunting for a used TRX.

This is an update to my review on yesterday 2-28-24. After writing my review, I was contacted by Jeff, the service manager. He was very apologetic about my experience at Bob Bell and also offered me a free oil change and tire rotation my next visit. I also received a call today, from Greg, who was my service advisor, who also apologized and made sure everything was going well with my vehicle. My 2nd issue was resolved at no charge to me. I’m happy! Thank you guys for the follow up.

I bought a laptop, lunch and battery charger with me, I thought I 'd be waiting until closing time to get my vehicle fixed. I couldn’t be more pleased and happier with the service provided by Ourisman Motors of Waldorf in the purchase of my 2024 Subaru Forester. Specifically, starting with Ms. Amanda Sisk that provided the Forester car data, set up appointment, and ensured following my buy that my extended warranty coverage got put in place properly. For the majority of the sales work upon getting to the dealer, Mr. Mason Greenwell provided superb professional, personal and poised sales service. He explained all aspects of the sale, allowed for a test drive, and expertly took me through the purchase process and made it all effortless. I know he did great job because he answered my many questions on the car features, of which are many along with sound replies on the sales contract covering my purchase. He did it confidently but with firm understanding and answered my questions clearly and concisely. I made long 1.5-hour trip across town from the Virginia side to get there and he made it worthwhile. So, I would highly recommend using Mr. Mason for your purchase and don’t let distance get in the way of making it over to Ourisman Motors of Waldorf. I sure glad I did and am extremely satisfied and happy with a 2024 Forester.

This review is about Darin Elmore, who I worked with to purchase a new Subaru Ascent. I went to Fitzgerald to see if they'd beat another local dealer's offer, and they did. Darin didn't play any games, just took what I was asking for and showed me what they had and could offer. It was very smooth, and Darin was very professional. He went above and beyond, as well, retrieving my EZPass and a seatback mirror that I had forgotten in my trade (doh!) and returning them to me the next day when I came in to drop something off. All in all, highly recommend working with Darin to purchase a vehicle if you want a straightforward, no nonsense experience.
