The dealership overall was full of knowledgeable and helpful people. The environment was clean, friendly, and low-pressure (possibly because the pricing is fixed price, which I didn't realize ahead of time.) I was sad to go with another vehicle at another location simply because I enjoyed my experience at Ourisman much more.

I worked through 5 dealerships and all except one tried to add in extra fees, indicate they had a car when they didn’t or try to get you to buy a 2023 when you wanted a 2024. When I explained to Devin smith at Pohanka Salisbury the above issues he put together what I considered a fair deal. I appreciated his professionalism and honesty. Car dealerships need more people like Devin.
