Can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience at Jim Coleman. They were polite and easy to deal with. Luis Cortes showed me quite a few Rav 4’s but they didn’t have a silver one so he drove 60 miles to another dealership to get me the car I wanted. Even weeks after when I had some questions, they were very helpful. I drove from Harford County to Bethesda to buy my car and it was worth it.

Scott kept us up to date on when to expect the car which was being built for us would arrive at the dealership. The wait was worth it. Our hybrid Rav 4 is perfect! TLDR: A great no pressure place to buy a new Toyota. A fantastic stress free experience purchasing my 2024 Toyota Prius XLE and trading in my 2014 Ford Focus. My car sales associate was Dulane Barnes who acted professionally throughout the whole process. He did not give me any round about talk and always was straight to the point with no pressure and always provided me with additional options when one wasn't available. He was very respectful of my time going above and beyond to provide me transportation after trading in my Ford. I was given a fair trade in value for my Ford and was provided quotes from three different sources to explain the number given. Mr. Barnes was professional and personable throughout the whole process and it is appreciated. Sean was my finance associate for the process. He was also very professional, took the time to explain all options, provided me quickly with my temporary tags & registration, and did not pressure me to purchase any additional plans. I had Jazzmine as my customer service representative who acted as quality control. She was very professional and courteous when inquiring about the process I went through to ensure that I had a good experience and what could have been done to improve it. The only recommendation I have, it's not really feasible, would be a snack/small meal (not vending machine) for those who are present more than four hours within the store. Over all the experience was much better than I had been anticipating and I recommend Safford Brown for Sales. Very Respectfully, Shea

We recently purchased a RAV4 Prime from DARCARS and I should say it was a breeze. We worked with Ernie and dropped in a number of times while we were finalizing the purchase. Ernie was always ready to help and never lost his patience while we were exploring our options! The end result was that we are now the proud owners of a RAV4! The entire experience was entirely pressure free and there was never a moment where we felt pressured. The color we needed was unavailable but Ernie did his magic to get the color we wanted!

I bought a used RAV4 prime at this dealer. I have to say the salesman Alex Boisisso Dhadja was helpful, easy to work with, and did not unduly pressure me to buy additional unnecessary packages like the DARCARS Assurance package. If there was one downside, it is that I spent a long time waiting for the finance person to do the paperwork, both when I wanted to put down a deposit and when I went back to title the car. When I got to see the finance person, he was very efficient and easy to work with as well - I am sorry not to know his name. I looked at previous reviews of 355 Toyota before buying which complained mainly about problems with having to finance a car - I paid for the car in cash, so I did not have any experience with that aspect.
