I brought my 2010 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD with approximately 145,000 miles on it in for transmission service and couldn't be more pleased and satisfied with the service at Lexington Park Chevrolet. Kenny, the Service Manager, as well as the service technician were very helpful in recommending the correct type of service that was required. Accomplishing the task included complete transmission and cooler system flush and filter replacement. All work was completed in about 3 hours and at a very reasonable and affordable price. I can definitely say without reservation that having this service done at a dealership that has the right equipment and people with the right training and experience was the best choice. I highly recommend the professionals at Lexington Park Chevrolet!

I was serviced on a Saturday and it was incredibly busy but YaNiah came up to my vehicle promptly and let me know she’d be right with me. She was very sweet and knowledgeable and got me in and out during drop off. She kept me informed the entire process and even gave me the option to pay over the phone because I didn’t think I’d make it back in time before closing. Surprisingly I was able to make it back 5 mins before closing and YaNiah’s smiling face was there to help me close out my transaction! She texted me when the techs found something that needed to be fixed and I was able to use a link to sign and agree to the additional service. 10/10 experience I will def be back and hopefully will get to work with YaNiah again! Alsoooo the women taking payments was very sweet but I did not get her name.
