Since I bought my last three cars factory-direct, I was hoping my experience venturing back into a dealership after 20 years wouldn't be too bad. Not only was it not bad, it was a very pleasant and stress-free experience at Len Stoler Lexus. I give most of the credit to our sales associate, Darmon Smalls. I was in contact with 4 area dealers zeroing in on the car and price. Darmon was, by far, the most responsive and professional. The others went radio silent after just a week. Darmon and the Stoler team didn't pressure us and were courteous and respectful. The best part is that we got the car we wanted at an amazing price! Thank you Darmon, Dolair Alali, Jesse Cameron and Phyllis Roosevelt for an amazing experience.

From the moment we walked in, the entire team made us feel welcome, but I especially want to recognize our salesperson, Matt. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely attentive to our needs. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, answered all of our questions without pressure, and stayed in constant communication throughout the entire process. Matt’s professionalism and responsiveness made what can often be a stressful experience feel seamless and enjoyable. The entire process—from selecting the vehicle to finalizing the paperwork—was quick, efficient, and straightforward. My husband and I left the dealership not only excited about our new car but also thoroughly impressed by the level of service we received. I had a problem starting my car and I called and made an appointment with the customer service representative. After the dealership evaluated the electrical system, it was determined that I needed to have the battery replace. It appears that I got eight years of faithful service from my old battery and the replacement was more than justifiable. My car was returned to me and although it is twenty three years old, it still drives and looks like a new car.
