Had 35 k maint on Jane Littlefield’s 2016 Prius and a install of summer tires already on rims. Was called to OK cabin filter and wiper blades. Vgave OK. Then called that winter tires already lug nuts not Toyota ones. Took correct lugs and summer tires then installed. Having wife deal with your dealership as I am aging out. We were both very pleased with the team that dealt with us and hussle they showed. Had five different folks help us through the process and all were helpful and quick to aknowledge us. Thanks to all!

Impressed by this dealership and their ability to expedite a purchase for me. My sales rep, Izzy was fantastic and wanted to make sure we had all the information about our new grand highlander. Financing was quick and easy and they worked hard to get the interest rate I needed. Would strongly recommend this dealer. I don’t see Isabel listed in the drop down, but she just started there 3.5 months ago so may not be updated. Please make sure she receives this!

We just bought a 2021 RAV4 which is my first Toyota vehicle ever. I had the pleasure of working with Ryan Crocker. I really loved his laid back and relaxed personality which was perfect for my endless questions and lack of experience with buying a new vehicle. He was very patient and friendly and never made me feel bad for any difficulties I may have had in the process. I love our new RAV4 already, and I will ask to use him again for any future trade-ins or new purchases.

It was a very positive experience with the Sales Team and in particular Wes Moro. Wes was new to dealer sales, but he was excellent. No pressure at all, accommodating with all my questions and request. He fully understood where I was coming from. The Sales Manager was quick to answer my request and the finance manager was efficient. Overall, I purchase the exact vehicle I wanted, paid a reasonable price, and I would recommend this dealership

Sean the manager should not be interacting with customers. I got a call from Sean while discussing the car with my wife, and his first words in a very smart aleck tone were "Do you want this vehicle?" We had just worked out a deal 2 hours prior. I cancelled the sale and I will never deal with Charlie's Toyota again. So much for customers being #1

Worst service we've ever had. Our son spent over 16 hrs over 3 appts to get his truck serviced for inspection. Never got inspected three estimates later.
