My initial experience at this dealership was great. However, I called them to set up another appointment for service and was unfortunately not helped. I was told that they would order the part and that they would call me back when it was in so I wouldn’t have to come in to the dealership and they not have the part. This seemed like a great idea, but I was never called back. I called them multiple times and the first time I was told that the other person who had ordered the part was not in but they would call me back because they did not have a record of what I was talking about. I never received a call back. After calling multiple times and not being helped, I realized that this dealership must have not wanted my money. This was disappointing because they were great the first time I went there. Also, as I sat in the waiting area during a prior service appointment, I witnessed some great interactions between salesmen and customers, and I would have definitely considered purchasing a vehicle here. Unfortunately, after this experience, this is no longer the case. I wish them the best and hope for their customer service to improve so other customers don't have to have the same experience I had.
