k-Edit The worst Person ever sitting behind a Desk Dare Not call him a TRUE salesman HERMAN WESLEY We came from Atlanta to Lexington only to find the car dirty and needing repair in less than 5 hours after we took possession of course we contacted the dealership and basicaly was told that this was our problem. Kenny and Josh act like they care but it is just a FACADE. Do yourself a favor and GOOGLE DRIVE TIME AND THEIR Warranty AVEREX before going in . To present we have not heard a word from Drive Time In Lexington once you leave this dealership you are nothing to these people just a sale. I Think we all can find 22% interest any where so they are doing nothing special what they don't tell you is that there is no inspection as they advertise and the warranty company will take their time getting to the repair shop to inspect your vehicle while they figure out whats covered and then the process goes as follows the inspector whom has DT interest at heart types up a report sends in to AVEREX they look at it at some point and then hopefully approve it meanwhile you are out of a Vehicle . All while they are saying we offer rental reimbursement at 25.99 a day so now you are out of money until whenever they decide to pay this back to you. Again Stay away from any Dealership where after you walk out of the door you nothing. HERMAN WESLEY

When he didnt have what we were looking for he found it for us. after the fact he didnt try and milk us for finders fees or any of that nonsense other dealers do. Mo and his sales staff were awesome. They bent over backwards to make me a good deal and worked for hours attempting to get me the best financing possible. I ended up buying a Nissan Armada with relatively high miles and Mr. Mo gave me a 3 month warranty to make me deal more comfortable. It’s been nearly a month now and I haven’t had any trouble and love my new ride. Perfect for a family of 4 with a giant fat dog. Thanks guys. I’ll definitely be back next time to see what you have in inventory.

Was there with my partner from 5:30 to 7:30. They ran his credit and we drove at least 2 cars. My partner had all his paystubs and everything , was being completely honest with the sales guy everything was going smoothly. We asked multiple times for a CarFax for the vehicles he was interested in. We kept getting told “there printing them”, “he’s printing them while we drive”. YEAH RIGHT. 7:30 rolls around and we still are asking for CarFax’s that are for some reason “not to be seen” not to mention not once were we told the price of any car or shown anything. This dealership was a huge let down. The customer service was extremely rude with us when we were leaving since we couldn’t see a CarFax on a vehicle ! Not being able to produce a CarFax for your customer is super shady business. I hope this dealership goes down . I would NOT buy a car here or give them my business or Personal information. Not to mention not supplying you with any kind of privacy statements or signed copies of when your credit gets ran. They ran my partners credit 12 times!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!

Purchased a Volvo S 60 in February 2017 when I took delivery service light was on Dash salesman and dealership committed to pay to fix whatever the problem was. After five dealerships, four separate auto repair shops including the Lexington bar about dealership, visits multiple phone calls to the immature salesman Clay Carol they will not allowed me to speak to management Michael Michele owner. Today's visit they denied a conversation with the owner the repair bill is 3600. Plus 180 already paid out of my pocket which I have not been reimbursed for . The salesman has made commitments that obviously he cannot keep him refuses to turn the issue over to management. I am filing a lawsuit have notified the lender and will continueon every social media available

I read the review of the Mazda above with interest. I bought a Jaguar through eBay from this outfit. I guess Doug tells everyone the same story! Had it shipped and it was not as it was presented. Was told no wrecks and just a little interior wear and such. The paint job on the front bumper could have been done as well with a brush. The other damage was evident in the rear since nothing is aligned or fits properly. He said he lost money on the deal... The interior was clean but nothing works correctly. He said he would have kept it for himself when I called to get resolution about how they misreprented it online but it was too fast and he didn't want to get ticketed. He was absurd in his demeanor. Run away from these folks as fast as you can. Karen, on the other hand was always pleasant on the phone, bless her heart for having to work at such a scam outfit.

Doren was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles I test drove. (Armada & Pathfinder) Did not purchase because they didn't have exactly what I was looking for. No sales pressure at all. Explained everything about how the CarMax process works. Was offered a very fair price for trade-in (10% higher than local dealership of same brand as my trade-in).

When we checked out a 2006 Chevy Malibu here - it looked great - drove great on the test run, and it was priced for about $5,000. As soon as I drove it off the lot (after I filled it up, mind you -- it was left on E for a reason) it had issues. It began to make strange noises coming from what seemed to be the drivers front side under the wheel. I took it straight away to a tire place across the street and they told me that whoever sold it to me replaced half of what needed to be replaced and left the rest to us. We signed a "buy as is" contract so we (my dad & I) couldn't go back and complain. Several months later now, I'm STILL having issues with the car. I've had the breaks changed (which were almost out) as well as those things near the tire replaced. It's left me stranded several times - and yet when I first got it - it seemed fine. The whole dang computer is having issues... and the guy who worked on it informed us that it was in a rather serious wreck that could have triggered the whole onset of the problems. There are also RECALLS that had been put out for this particular model that could have been fixed before being sold - that were not fixed. More time lost for me. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY SEEM FRIENDLY BUT THEY WILL CHEAT YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY. They didn't have a lot of answers to questions my dad had either. Their "I don't know" - I'm sure, wasn't one of ignorance.

I can't remember the salesperson's name but he was not very experienced and their service person should be fired. The car was nice, I test drove it with the gas light on, I asked if they were planning to put gas in it before I drove it and was advised that I would be fine. Not very comforting. I came back and while being under personal pressure, had wrecked my previous car and had one day left in my rental, I made an offer. The sales rep had to call someone that was not there to advise of the offer. He then tried to negotiate with me while repeating the information to the person on the phone. I felt like I was on a bad game show. After negotiating the price I accepted and we started the paperwork. I ended up helping the salesperson complete his portion of the paperwork, again, not much experience. The brakes squealed a bit during the test drive but the temperature outside was close to dew point so I thought that the squeal was moisture related. turns out, two calipers were seized and warped both rotors. Once I got home I washed it and brought it the garage to inspect the fluids more. I found the brake fluid to be burnt and the oil in the crankcase to be well past it's change interval. You would think that a brake inspection and oil change would be automatic when they receive the cars on the lot. I will not go back and would not recommend them.

I recently purchased a Mercedes GL 550 from Tapp Motors. Over the years my family had done a lot of business with Tapp and I felt that purchasing a vehicle would be a decent experience. However within two weeks of my purchasing the vehicle, it broke down and the power steering went out. I began experiencing problems with the steering almost immediately but never thought that it would completely break down. It was obvious that the problem existed at the time I bought the car. I immediately contacted Tapps who said they would take the vehicle to get it fixed. After I was without my car for an entire week, I finally received a phone call from the mechanic stating it was ready and that Tapps would be covering the cost replacing the power steering pump. Unfortunately 30 minutes later I receive a call from our salesman that we would have to pay the labor on the repairs because they don't warranty their vehicles. Had the car broke down months after I had it, this might be justifiable, but it was within weeks. When I tried to explain this to our salesman he simply stated that once it drives off the lot, they are no longer responsible. It is unfortunate that this is the type of customer service they feel is acceptable especially as a local business. I paid for the repairs but I don't think that I should have to have paid for anything, they sold it to me with the issue. This is the first and last vehicle I will purchase from them. Customers beware that customer service and customer retention is obviously not high on their priority list. They must be fine with a one and done customer!
