The issue with our car was extensive, but Brian kept us informed on a regular basis what was required to get the car repaired. He also played a critical part in getting the company we had our extended service contract with to cover and pay what was agreed upon in the repair quote. We are extremely appreciative for his help throughout this process.

Sales sucked! They are so confused about what they are selling and doing! Service even worse!! My young pregnant daughter took her car in to have recalls fixed on it. Before going in car drove just fine. When recalls were done being fixed she had to go immediately to work and her car was shaking going 20mph. Came out of work and her tire was destroyed with two large punctures in the tire. Luckily she didn't have a blow out going down the road. Went to big m to talk about what happened and they pretty much blow it off said they never lifted her car, called my daughter a lier and said they had no part in it and it just happens sometimes.

My recent experience on August 9, 2024, with John W. and the Service Department at Big M Chevrolet Radcliff, KY was outstanding. Our 2017 Chevy Silverado All-Star Edition 1500 was due for an oil change. As always, scheduling was convenient and easy. We had some important errands to run the day of the service, so John W. (our top-notch service advisor) let us drop off the truck the day before the scheduled service. The cost of the service was very competitive. While on the lot, we looked over Big M's growing Chevrolet EV inventory... just in case the war on gas-powered automobiles becomes a big concern going into 2025. If you are new to central Kentucky or have lived here for a long time, just know that you don't have to drive to Louisville or Elizabethtown when Big M can and will meet all your automotive needs. Labor Overcharge - Z.phoenix

Took my car there when it developed a coolant leak. I mentioned I paid $2200 extra for the extended warranty and asked if the $100 deductible would be all that I'd be required to pay, considering that's what the warranty papers say. They said yes, they'd take care of everything else. Then they decided to charge me extra because they do not charge by the labor guide, they over charge. When I argued with Gina, the manager, her response was "It's not fair to our technicians" but apparently it was fair for them to lie to me. Every other dealership I've spoken with said these guys overcharge on their labor. Will never do business with them again.

Creech Chevrolet service department is the absolute best. We are from Indiana and was going to what we thought was a fun weekend at Black Mountain Off road park when our brakes went out on our truck (Not fun coming down those big mountain hills towing a side by side) We had it towed to Creech and they got it right in and fixed the brake line within a few hours and we had the truck back!!!!!! Thank you so much!!!!!!!!! I would recommend your service department for sure. The invoice says Technician 310 Great Job!
