From making the appointment to service and etc. it was fantastic, they did an excellent job. We do have extended warranty on the chevy but you all do not have a copy and it should have come up as we bought it through the dealer in Arkansas where we lived at the time. Could not have been more satisfied. The young man that handled my car was professional friendly and encouraging. Way to go.

Great experience. They worked me into the schedule the same day that I called to make the appointment. Everyone one the phone and at the dealership was very nice and professional. The work performed on my truck couldn’t have been done any better.

The dealership is wonderful. I could never say enough positive things about the salespeople as well as the receptionist. The staff in sales match the definition for professionalism. HOWEVER…The service department is horrible. Beware single working mothers. Please take a trusted person with you and ask questions! I feel I was grossly taken advantage of and I could have saved well over 500$ if I had brought my vehicle back to my hometown rather than using this service department. I hope to never have to go back. If I do, I will have a trusted person with me.
