I went there on a rainy Friday morning hoping to get one of the advertised on-sale cars before the crushing crowds the next day - a sunny end-of-month Saturday. Salesperson Jeff greeted me promptly. We selected a car from the stock numbers I provided. The car was retrieved from the lot and I test drove it. The car was in perfect condition, and therefore eligible for possible purchase. This would be a second car for me so there was no urgency to buy anything. I showed Jeff the numbers I worked out using the website pricing and promotional APR. They agreed and everything proceeded with no stress whatsoever. So what could I complain about? They had the car I wanted - color and equipment - and sold it to me for the price they advertised online. I went through the whole process in about two hours - including finance and insurance. The car was delivered in perfect condition with a full tank of gas. So to answer the question posed above, there was - and is - nothing to complain about. It was fast and simple, and I drove home in the exact vehicle I wanted. Having purchased dozens of new cars over the years, I can say that the process is far easier when you are working with friendly salespeople that have a level of integrity that you don't often see in the automotive retail business.

We had a great experience at Piles Chevrolet and especially with Joseph Barr. The dealership was very impressive, and we were greeted at the door by Joseph. Joseph had the vehicle we were interested in ready to go for our inspection and test drive. We ultimately purchased the vehicle, and it was honestly very low key, very low pressure. The finance office was also very kind and low key. The whole process took a very short amount of time and I left feeling good about what I paid for the vehicle and the trade-in for my car. I would definitely recommend Piles Chevrolet and Joseph.

BUYER BEWARE- stay away from Jeff Wyler GMC They were calling us constantly when they wanted to sell the new Yukon to us. FAST FORWARD almost 2 months later, they still haven’t taken care of paying off our trade in!! We are getting calls DAILY from the creditor threatening to report us to the credit bureau. Sure- we can make payments to stay current, but that was NOT our agreement. That’s more money out of our pocket we are told we won’t get back. Apparently now there’s a recall on the car and they can’t pay it off til the recall is fixed! Not my problem. They have already sold the car to another person! However our loan is still active on it and we are being harassed by the creditor. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! SO much time being spent on this!

This place is an absolute joke. They send out these flyers that are false advertising all the time. My mother received a flyer in the mail stating that had $0 down cars, with a trade in allowance, and prizes available if the numbers match up. And of course she had a matching prize number for a new free tv. When we arrived and asked about it the salesman told us that they only use those flyers to get people to come in and that nobody actually wins because its a specific number that has to match what they have. That should have been a red flag but at the time I was in desperate need of a vehicle. They claimed that no longer had any more $0 down vehicles; I was shown a vehicle and end up purchasing a 2016 Nissan Altima that was priced at $16,532.08. I put down $8k and had a trade in with a value of $3,651= $11,651 that means I should have ONLY been financed for $4,881.08 right? Wrong my total sale price for the car was $40.477.82 with a 21.89% ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE/ 12,294.74 FINANCE CHARGE/ TOTAL OF PAYMENTS $28,826.82. I asked multiple times would my down payment lower the finance charge and they kept telling me yes. Again THAT WAS A LIE. Doing some research I realized this was nothing more than AUTO DEALER FRAUD I reached out to all parties to rescind my contract and of course no respond. They financed my vehicle with FIRST FINACIAL BANK; they end up getting an attorney and when I requested that I need proof making me liable for the contract he sent me back ALL THE PROOF I needed. The Retail Installment Sales Contract he provided me from the financial institution was not the same one I signed at the dealership. Not only was it multiple forged signatures that DID NOT match the original, it had a missing date, and MULTIPLE areas where the numbers and amounts DON'T MATCH. I informed their lawyer that the contract was null and void to the fraud and breach of contract by not following their own Arbitration Agreement. They not only violated so many consumer laws by NOT providing certain documents during purchasing, they participate in countless number of FALSE ADVERTISING, they were very deceptive, and MOST of all they altered and FORGED documents. The fact that some of these salesmen take pride in taking from customers is sick. They seen two women (me & my mother) and my son coming in and thought we would be a good target. I work to hard to be letting anyone take money from me and my son just to put it into their pockets. I'm outraged and disappointed in the type of service that I received. No I will not be silenced or ignored I will continue to file all the evidence I need to get EVERY SINGLE PENNY BACK. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE. And if you have financed your vehicle through ANY of their parties PLEASE request your original document from your financial institution and if your have ANYTHING that isn't on YOUR ORIGINAL DOCUMENT you signed at the dealership please go and get your money back. They have been getting over on us and we all work to hard to let ANYONE take advantage of us.

Everyone was friendly & efficient. Steering column was replaced & my car drives much better. I have one issue, though. We had Weathertech floor mats, from previous car. We know they didn’t fit properly & had ordered a new set to fit, & intended to give the older ones to a friend that could use them. However, the Moore tech took it upon himself to one of them. We were not advised of, or asked if it was okay to do that. Now the mat is ruined.

I can't say enough about the high quality of customer service we received recently when our vehicle had a major factory parts failure. The initial decision was that the parts failure was going to not be covered but the vehicle only had about35,000 miles on it. Needless to say we had serious concerns and told our service rep Jen about it. She took the time research our warranty and went out of her way to double check our warranty once again. The end result is that our warranty did actually cover the defective parts and we paid nothing for our repairs. In addition, when we picked up our van the service manager Russ came out to speak with me to ensure I was completely satisfied with my repair. Both did a lot to ensure we left completely satisfied and this was an AMAZING customer service experience! The level of care and concern was refreshing,.

Ill be honest , I was about to be done with Henderson Chevrolet , bought my Armada in april , told them something was not right with the brakes , took it in to service , was told everything was good they did bleed the brakes and it helped somewhat , something was still off and steering wheel was shaking when hard braking, took it in monday for oil change and advised again something was wrong with brakes. I was told the rotors needed to be replaced, I was not about to pay for that when just 3000 miles ago I was told it was all ok. Spoke with Sam (sales manager) he took care of it and had my rotors replaced. So with that being said , was taken care of like it should have been done. I will continue to use Henderson Chevrolet as my dealership and would recommend to anyone else.

My wife and I bought a 2014 GMC Terrain from Jeff at Bailey Gibson Buick GMC and have NEVER been as comfortable in a dealership as Mr Gibson made us feel. He never pressured either of us and made us feel like people, as opposed to just another sale. Jeff knew what we needed before we knew what we even wanted!
