I would give Cam Carlotto a 10/10. We purchased a Kia EV9 from out of state and he was great. He was very responsive, answered all my questions, and worked to get us a deal that we were comfortable with, and applied no pressure! He did come in on his day off for delivery, even though the paperwork had been completed. We accidently left our ezpass in our trade, and he is taking the time to mail it back to us which I also appreciate. I hope my future car purchases can be this easy!

I've collected cars since 1984, and it's hard to buy vehicles sight unseen from 4-5 states away, Michael Zheng and the rest of the Don Franklin team who were involved with my purchase of a 2005 Dodge Ram Daytona, made things easy with a multitude of extra pictures, videos and in the end to get the vehicle into my price comfortable point even had the vehicle delivered to me. Love this truck, it is in better condition than anticipated, I hope it's as mechanically sound as it looks, but for now, I extend my deepest gratitude to ALL who made this deal happen!
