Very large, very organized, very attentive, very friendly. From my first online inquiry, they were very responsive. My sales person and everyone I worked with was very pleasant and professional. The one downside I would say is that because this is a large dealership, there was no flexibility on the price and no room for negotiation. Once tax and the standard $699 processing fee was added, I was well upside down on the vehicle. It was a used vehicle, and apparently the dealership did do some more extensive maintenance on it…but I did not walk away feeling like I got a good deal. There are plenty of used car dealers that don’t have the $699 add-on, but I understand with the size of this dealership, that may be a common thing. I am mostly happy with the vehicle. And no one forced me to buy it….the sales force was not pushy in any way. The one other thing - we knew exactly what vehicle we were interested in….test drove it….and the whole process still took 3 1/2 hours….and we paid cash for it….if financing would have been involved, that probably would have added another hour. We were not expecting a cash transaction to take quite that long. But overall, it is a very impressive operation. Great staff. Would have liked to have walked away feeling I got a better deal and that it didn’t take so long….just constructive criticism. That’s the only thing that would keep me from recommending Dan Cummins to others. But the staff was great.
