Our sales representative, Ryan Meinert, was amazing to work with! He was so patient and friendly. He listened to all of our concerns and matched us to the perfect vehicle. He made us feel valued and was so kind! We highly recommend asking for him when visiting the dealership!

My first trip there I didn’t end up purchasing the truck that day. I contacted Nick the next business day and he set up my appointment and I drove away in the vehicle that afternoon. Ill be honest , I was about to be done with Henderson Chevrolet , bought my Armada in april , told them something was not right with the brakes , took it in to service , was told everything was good they did bleed the brakes and it helped somewhat , something was still off and steering wheel was shaking when hard braking, took it in monday for oil change and advised again something was wrong with brakes. I was told the rotors needed to be replaced, I was not about to pay for that when just 3000 miles ago I was told it was all ok. Spoke with Sam (sales manager) he took care of it and had my rotors replaced. So with that being said , was taken care of like it should have been done. I will continue to use Henderson Chevrolet as my dealership and would recommend to anyone else.

During the "purchase drive", he demonstrated the features and precautions in using a 4 wheel drive vehicle to a person with no prior 4 wheel drive experience. Our 2017 Chevy Silverado All-Star Edition 1500 was due for an oil change. As always, scheduling was convenient and easy. We had some important errands to run the day of the service, so John W. (our top-notch service advisor) let us drop off the truck the day before the scheduled service. The cost of the service was very competitive. While on the lot, we looked over Big M's growing Chevrolet EV inventory... just in case the war on gas-powered automobiles becomes a big concern going into 2025. The dealership is wonderful. I could never say enough positive things about the salespeople as well as the receptionist. The staff in sales match the definition for professionalism. HOWEVER…The service department is horrible. Beware single working mothers. Please take a trusted person with you and ask questions! I feel I was grossly taken advantage of and I could have saved well over 500$ if I had brought my vehicle back to my hometown rather than using this service department. I hope to never have to go back. If I do, I will have a trusted person with me.

These people are utterly disgusting. They will screw you over I bought a vehicle from them. The extended warranty was to be included in the vehicle price. They snuck it in and lied at the last minute, and when I called them about it, they laughed me out. the door told me they’d be glad to remove the warranty for the car. I bought from my 18-year-old child. I’m already a widow. He is my only kid there is no husband there is no father. These people knew that, and they took such advantage of me, and then laughed about it so if you were specially if you were under privileged like I am and in a situation where you are alone, they will take 100% advantage of you and they do not care about you and they will laugh at you. These are horrible. Disgusting people please save yourself and do not walk onto their lot and if you do just tell them you read my review .
