Ill be honest , I was about to be done with Henderson Chevrolet , bought my Armada in april , told them something was not right with the brakes , took it in to service , was told everything was good they did bleed the brakes and it helped somewhat , something was still off and steering wheel was shaking when hard braking, took it in monday for oil change and advised again something was wrong with brakes. I was told the rotors needed to be replaced, I was not about to pay for that when just 3000 miles ago I was told it was all ok. Spoke with Sam (sales manager) he took care of it and had my rotors replaced. So with that being said , was taken care of like it should have been done. I will continue to use Henderson Chevrolet as my dealership and would recommend to anyone else.

During the "purchase drive", he demonstrated the features and precautions in using a 4 wheel drive vehicle to a person with no prior 4 wheel drive experience. 2025 Hyundai Santa Cruz from Kerry Hyundai of Alexander My Hyundai, 14 years old, needed a repair that wasn’t worth it based on its age and mileage. That left me looking for new car earlier than I had wanted. I wasn’t really sure what I was looking for. I went to KIA, Honda, Toyota, Nissan and Subaru. Based on those experiences, I wasn’t really looking forward to continuing. I finally decided on Hyundai because of the warranty and my experience. The choices that I came up with were the Sonata or the Santa Cruz. That decision is for another discussion. I went to 3 Hyundai dealers looking for my options. I checked the Hyundai website based on inventory., Kerry Hyundai had model on the lot or in transit that seemed to fit my wants. I stopped by Kerry Hyundai of Alexandria. I met with Michael Wesselman. I explained what I was looking for. I told him that I wanted a fair deal. I also told him that I didn’t want him to go home and tell his wife and kids that they had to eat rice/beans based on this sale. He seemed upfront and honest. I left. After thinking about it, I came back the next day. I knew what I wanted. I felt I knew what was a fair price. Michael and I negotiated. He talked with his manager. We came up with I believe to be a fair price and it didn’t put Michael on rice/beans. He made everything easy peasy. Michael was very low keyed. He didn’t pressure me the way other dealers had. He listened and I felt he worked with me. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends. He reminds me a lot of the sales person from my initial Hyundai purchase. I never regretted it. I’ve been driving my Santa Cruz for less than a week and LOVE it.

Bad timing. A lot of people quit/ fired at same time. Why? Salesperson made it too much about her and tied to guilt trip, finance person tried to sneak in money and not talk about it, miscommunication between teams. Benefit to the doubt due to changeover, lucky due to timing. If I were in charge this wouldn’t have happened. But had to make myself look like an xxx to get what I was promised, overall, salesman did what she did, 6/10 lay off the guilt trip paying for your kids shot, that hurts more than helps. Finance guy, don’t lie, it may be a requirement to offer it, but forcing it was rude and disrespectful. Show 2 offers then, one with one without, convince them they want to get it not force it on them. Trying to sneak in things at last minute won’t work with most veterans, and you’re in a veteran community, give that up and just be honest, you’ll lose less sales that way and gain more. The buyer doesn’t care about your commission, putting food on your table means taking away from mine. Just get what you get and sell 150 over year instead of 20, take less profit and more sales and end up making more profit. Think about it.

Our 2017 Chevy Silverado All-Star Edition 1500 was due for an oil change. As always, scheduling was convenient and easy. We had some important errands to run the day of the service, so John W. (our top-notch service advisor) let us drop off the truck the day before the scheduled service. The cost of the service was very competitive. While on the lot, we looked over Big M's growing Chevrolet EV inventory... just in case the war on gas-powered automobiles becomes a big concern going into 2025. The dealership is wonderful. I could never say enough positive things about the salespeople as well as the receptionist. The staff in sales match the definition for professionalism. HOWEVER…The service department is horrible. Beware single working mothers. Please take a trusted person with you and ask questions! I feel I was grossly taken advantage of and I could have saved well over 500$ if I had brought my vehicle back to my hometown rather than using this service department. I hope to never have to go back. If I do, I will have a trusted person with me.

These people are utterly disgusting. They will screw you over I bought a vehicle from them. The extended warranty was to be included in the vehicle price. They snuck it in and lied at the last minute, and when I called them about it, they laughed me out. the door told me they’d be glad to remove the warranty for the car. I bought from my 18-year-old child. I’m already a widow. He is my only kid there is no husband there is no father. These people knew that, and they took such advantage of me, and then laughed about it so if you were specially if you were under privileged like I am and in a situation where you are alone, they will take 100% advantage of you and they do not care about you and they will laugh at you. These are horrible. Disgusting people please save yourself and do not walk onto their lot and if you do just tell them you read my review .

Jack Buford Chevrolet in Richmond Ky. had such excellent deals we were able to purchase a brand new 2023 Equinox for less of a price we would have paid for a gently used one. Not only was their prices right their customer service was top notch from beginning to end. Garrett was by far one of the most kind, honest, hardworking sales people we have ever encountered.
