This current world we live in, good customer service is hard to find. I went in for tires and alignment. Service and communication were on point. I will be back. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating.

Best experience like always, the technician professionally inspected my car and gave me an answer of what the problem was and the parts I needed to replace, I always get treated wonderfully by the people that work at this BMW dealership.

BMW has the worst service department we have ever experienced. We took our SUV BMW in for yearly service and it came back three days later in WORSE shape that when we brought it in! We have purchased three BMWs in the last 10 years but we will not be doing this again. When I went to pick it up, they had gashed in the back of the car with some type of tool. And then we discovered, after we got home (one hour away, that they hadn't even changed the oil!! Never again...
