We were trying to buy either a Kia Telluride or a Hyundai Palisade. After visiting 4 different dealerships during a week, we found the perfect vehicle and the best salesman to help us. We had the best experience being this our 7th financed or leased vehicle (including dealerships from the East Coast). Cameron Clements was our salesperson and we can assure he was the best agent we could have asked for. He provided us with excellent customer service, a phenomenal environment, he gave us all the information needed about the vehicle and the financing options in hand. Cameron ensured we knew the vehicle inside and out and went the extra mile making sure to follow up with us and check how our vehicle is working days after the purchase. We will recommend this dealership and this salesman to our friends family and anyone looking for a reliable vehicle. This was by far our best experience in a car purchase. This dealership really helped us out in a pinch!!! While driving to Arizona for the rest of the winter and our car had some alignment issues. We called to see if they could get us in. This Hyundai dealership actually answered the phone!! Coy, the service manager indicated since we were traveling through, to stop by and they would do their best to work us into their packed service schedule. When we arrived, we spoke to service advisor Brogan and he was terrific. He got us into the shop immediately. He was friendly, and caring, and kept us abreast of the issue status. In about 90 minutes our repair was completed and we were on our way to AZ! The pricing was very reasonable, even discounted I think, and our Sonata ran great after the repair. Thanks to Coy, Brogan, and the Hatchett Hyundai East team!!

Amazing Experience thanks to Matt Watson! I started my journey at Hatchett Hyundai West because it was closest to my home. I walked in on a Saturday morning unannounced and was met by Mat who was very kind and patient and answered all my questions. Not knowing what I wanted for sure, I went to several other dealerships. Let me tell you that Matt Watson set the bar extremely high for how a salesman should treat their prospective customers! I ended up going back to Hatchett Hyundai West and buying a Santa Fe and had an absolutely wonderful buying experience, including the finance department with Eric. My title work came back in under three weeks, and everyone I met at that dealership was kind, courteous, and willing to help in anyway they could to make me feel welcomed and valued.
