Our purchase experience with Genesis of Kansas City has been exceptional. The GV70 was one of several vehicles we were considering. We entered the dealership on a busy Saturday with no appointment and we were given every courtesy. I received a fair offer for my trade also. Matt Epley was our Customer Specialist, we found him knowledgeable, professional, personable and not high pressure. We also appreciated not being passed around to several other people to complete our deal. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealer. Just one small suggestion. At pick up make sure to give your buyers information about contacting the service department (a name, phone number, business card). When we picked up our vehicle Mustapha Sanneh, Sales Manager went over all the features inside the car with us. While the technology of new vehicles can be a bit overwhelming we left feeling equipped to change settings and make the vehicle "our own" as we drive it.
