We were about to head out on a trip and wanted to have our vehicle inspected beforehand. Unfortunately, we didn't give Anderson-Weber much time from when we were leaving, but they were more than accommodating and fit us in. I was greeting while waiting in the lounge by numerous employees and in the face of this pandemic, it seems Anderson-Weber has a great handle on things. Thank you again and we'll certainly be back for service!

After moving away from Mason City, we continued to return to Hosmer Toyota to service our Camrys. Recently, when we returned home from having one of the cars serviced, we had a problem crop up which required another trip back to Mason City. Adam, at Hosmer's, was extremely accommodating by providing quick, friendly, and efficient service to get us back on the road safely. He helped to turn around an unfortunate situation with professionalism and provided 5 star customer satisfaction.

As always, the team at Smart Toyota, was friendly and efficient. The testing when I had my oil change, showed that I had very little rear brake pads left. I had not had any trouble stopping, so I wouldn't have known this, if they hadn't checked. Ken Reimers made an appointment to fix the brakes the very next week. Thanks to all of you.
