Best car buying experience I’ve ever had was with Scott and I have been to many dealerships and bought several new cars. He was willing to work with me online to get exactly the car and deal I was looking for. He knows his stuff and is patient and helpful. Highly recommended!!

Super great staff. They were very helpful and courteous. They held the vehicle we wanted to look at as we live 2 hours away from the dealership. They did all they could do to get our business and when we had a family issue come up that prevented us from completing the deal they were very understanding and gracious. We were able to complete the deal then and Anthony our salesman drove on a Sunday 2 hours to complete the deal. Very happy and very impressed with the service and will definitely shop there again.

A big thank you to Tristen VanderHeiden for ensuring another excellent car buying experience at Stew Hansen Hyundai! I’ve leased two vehicles from this dealership and decided to buy this time around. He was very quick to reply to my first inquiry about a car I was interested in and that was consistent throughout the couple weeks I took to decide what model I wanted to buy. It’s a big decision and I never felt pressured to rush into anything. Thank you also to Chris Weyer for speaking with me and answering my questions. When I finally found the exact car I wanted, it happened to be arriving at the dealership the same day I planned to stop in. Tristen and the service team rushed to get it off the truck for inspection and had it ready for me to take home that afternoon which was unexpected and appreciated! I’ve also had great experience with the service department when bringing my car in for routine maintenance over the years and I’m sure that will continue. If you are considering buying a car, I highly recommend Stew Hansen Hyundai!

while the initial sales experience was great it all went down hill after that 2 weeks after i noticed on my paper work i was over charged for registration fees ands double charged for title fee. then come to find out they charged sales tax on a full purchase and not the lease that i did after a phone call with the business manager i was not updated for close to 2 weeks and could not get anyone on the phone business manager or sales manager and leaving messages resulted in no call backs so almost a month after the lease of my vehicle i had to drive 1.5hrs up to the dealer to get this settled after almost 2 hours i finally left with the $3400 they over charged me along with the $3500 they owed me in equity from my trade in... They withheld paying me an additional $291 they had over paid in taxes due to the paper work fiasco, and i was told when my plates came in i would be receiving a check for that as well plates came in 2 weeks ago along with a $50 check i have sent out 2 emails and called now again no response back in a weeks time frame this dealer claims to have great prices due to volume well that maybe true but do not expect any customer service after the sale and good luck getting ahold of anyone unless your local and can do it in person will not be doing business with them again i generally buy a new car about every year if not more and this is one of the worst dealers i have ever dealt with

Lujack Hyundai is an excellent place to buy a car. This was the 2nd Hyundai Santa Fe that I’ve bought from them. One was a Certified Pre-Owned and this latest purchase was a brand new Hyundai Santa Fe. I got great deals on both of them. Customer service is top quality.

First off this Dealer Rater site is stupid. They already have a google page.. this seems made for complainers. BUT not this review! We came all the way from Madison to purchase a new Rogue from them and they did not disappoint! Had all the paperwork ready for us to sign and were super friendly when we arrived! Kind, knowledgeable and fast! We highly recommend anyone in the market check these guys out for a smooth and quick deal! Mark, Jazmine and Mike did great with us! Thanks again Deery! We will be back
