Steve, I did call the service center immediately after I noticed the tire in the same location. I did ask for the service manager to call me back. I never received a call back. I want a full refund for the AdvantageCare package that I was forced to purchase when I bought my car. I will not ever be bringing my care back for any kind of service. The service center lied about rotating my tires and the not returning my call confirms it. I do not even trust that they charged the oil. I will have to change the oil and rotate the tires immediately because of the service center deception. I have pictures to prove my claim. I will continue to tell my story and show my pictures of proof to anyone and will post on as many platforms as I can. No customer should be lied to on service. A service that I already pre paid for was not performed. No excuses. Beverly Johnson
