Needless to say, the fact that I refuse to take my Dodge - DRIVE_FOR_SHOW

Needless to say, the fact that I refuse to take my Dodge to the “Dodge” store in town and instead only use the GM store should speak for itself. When I did try and use the Dodge store for routine service, it wasn’t the Mechanics, but the Service Desk I had a problem with. The were inattentive, rude and basically showed they could care less. So be it - I’ve been doing business with the GM store since I got to town in ‘94. They’re always respectful, friendly and professional. Not sure what went wrong either he Dodge store, nor do I care. Maybe it’s changed since I was there last, ‘17? Maybe the bad apples are gone. Don’t care. I’ll never go back there so I could care less. You asked.

Edwards Chevy is beyond horrible. Experience from purchasing a new vehicle to servicing the new vehicle has been nothing but negative. The service advisors are the worst, are rude, add charges, and treat customers poorly. Take your business elsewhere. The manager sends a customer service feedback email, but does not respond to issues.

My experience with pella motors is this. I was interested in a 2011 toyota Avalon. Through a website I sent a availability request. A salesman contacted me and the process started. First the salesman told me he needed my Financials from the bank to include 30 days of transactions. My bank faxed the Info. Got another call from the salesman and he stated he needed 90 days. There was a problem with dealerships fax and he wasn't getting the info. Frustrated I asked the salesman if he wanted to sell the car or not. The sales manager called me and said it was the salesman first month on the job and needed more training. Then it was the weekend. On Monday he finally got the fax from my bank and was approved for financing. I rented a car drove the 2.5 hours to pella only to find out the financing was for 24.5%. I did not have a good experience there. The sales manager was rude! To me he was not a people person and was uninterested in selling me the car. His condescending attitude was not appropriate or appreciated. I got back in my rental and left. Tuesday I got a text from the original salesman to call another sale manager. I told him in a texted I was sucker punched by pella motors. The end.

This dealership had the best service. I worked with Andy the salesman over the phone and was able to come to an agreed price that we were both comfortable with and when I got to the dealer the vehicle was ready to test drive right when I got there at 8 am. I was in and out of the dealership within an hour and a half. Easiest, best car buying experience.

They responded to all of our questions while also giving us additional information about the truck along with sending additional pictures to help in the description. Once we arrived to look and drive the vehicle it turned out to exceed our expections. We will definitely call them for our next vehicle purchase.
