Had a great experience purchasing our used RAM at Thys. They had the truck I was looking for. Worked with Tyler on the sale and Ryan on the financing. Everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. There was absolutely no pressure to buy. I had to stretch the purchase out over four days to coordinate my end of the financing and they were fine with that. The total time at Thys was probably around 90 minutes; the fastest vehicle purchase I’ve had. I can easily recommend a short drive to Thys in Belle Plaine for that small town, family atmosphere buying experience.

Seen a vehicle on the website. When I went to do a test drive, was given the keys and try it out. Then after we got back, told them I would take the car, and the paperwork did not take very long at all. Was a very simple process. Have bought a vehicle from Runde before and will probably again in the future. We had to have the vehicle get 1 thing fixed and it also have it taken to our hometown dealership and when we went to do the final paperwork, did not take very long at all either.
