I bought a truck from them in August and as of December 11th they still have not registered my vehicle. I had called to follow up numerous times and continually got the run around. Now nobody returns my calls. Nobody has reached out to me to let me know what’s going on. I bought a truck I can’t drive because no one here cares.

I started having problems with it and Hubler in Rushville didn't want to touch it, so they had ME pay to have it towed to Hubler Honda. Reggie has taken care of me and kept me up to date on everything that is going on with it (literally ended up just being a battery)....Hubler in Rushville has lost my business! I will travel an hour away for anything I need on my car now because I know that Hubler in Taylorsville is going to go above and beyond to try to make me happy and help me out! During my nationwide search for a Prius I came across one in South Bend Indiana. Our salesman was Mike Gray , a young man who went the extra 10 % to achiveve the sale. After I had the car inspected by Lemon Squad , I gave the report to Mike, ,which stated it was in need of new tires. With out hesitation he went and got approval for 4 new tires. I will always keep my eye on Mike as he travels through the car industry. Very wholesome and honest.

I have a 2002 Ford F150 that started leaking around the rear window. I called Peason Ford's body shop (collision repair) and was advised: "They could not fix or work on my truck due to the age limit." Of course, I panicked and asked to speak with the Manager. I was forwarded to Ms. Brewer, who rendered a solution to stop the leak, which she could order. I then purchased the suggested product and saw that it was a double-tube sealant and epoxy. Once I found that auto part stores, Lowe's, Home Depot and Menards, did not sell the caulk gun, I called Ms. Brewer back, who was able to get a mechanic to loan me his caulk gun. I sealed my rear window and stopped the leak. She went over and beyond to assist me. I truly appreciated that customer service towards me, a United States Marine. Thank you again, Ms. Brewer!

We stayed past closing hours and he did not complain staying late and was ver accommodating. Bobby Likens our finance guy was also very pleasant and explained each form to us. When we picked up our car. Marco helped transfer everything out from our old car to our new car. I love the team work everyone displayed. Awesome job!

This place is horrible and they definitely make everything sound good I have my car 2 months and had to spend 1500 on engine work and drive a hour back and fourth to the shop they recommended they messed my car up worst and the guy didn’t know I got the car from them so he started telling me like “who in the world sold you this car bc it’s all rigged up “ I said superior auto and he got quite so it must be a common thing these ppl give you high weekly to biweekly payments with no grace period offered even thoo there cars have so many issues you need to keep getting it fixed And still pay them on time ! I wish I would have never done business with these ppl they are unhuman to rob so many hard working ppl with their barely functioning vehicles with payments up to 1000 a month not including what you will spend to fix the cars they rig together with glue and tape ! 0/10 DEFINITELY DONT RECOMMEND

Salesman straight lied to us stating that the truck had went through the full inspection, oil change, etc.. Worst car buying experience ever. Then the sales manager stated that they would pay for the inspection and oil change I had completed and after two weeks they won’t return my email? I had to repair the third brake light as it was non functional within the first day. Stay far away from this dealership. Can’t imagine having to deal with them on service. I don’t recommend using this dealership.
