This dealership consistently does a bad job with servicing. Everytime we bring our car in which is a 2021 model within 2 weeks there is an error on the car and then we have to bring it back in. We then get charged again. Recently we got charged from doing a software update. This is our first and last Kia and will definitely not buy from this group of dealerships.

I was traveling through Lafayette and had trouble with my TPMS sensor. It was beyond normal life. Chad in the service department explained my options clearly and resolved my issue in a timely manner. I was a bit surprised by the price but, the assurance and Toyota quality was worth it to me. Chad really went above and beyond for me.

I took my 2017 Honda Pilot (45k miles) to the Indy Honda - 0712

I took my 2017 Honda Pilot (45k miles) to the Indy Honda Service Center on March 17. (I'm writing this on May 6 - over 7 weeks later). They initially replaced a fuel pump that didn't solve the issue. They told me they had 3 certified Honda techs with over 60 years experience that couldn't figure out the issue so they called in a field tech to look at it. He suggested replacing the high pressure fuel pump. Apparently that part is not available and they have placed me on the critical back order list but can offer no ETA of when this part will arrive. We are literal days outside of our 5 year powertrain (but only have 45k miles) so we are fighting to get the warranty extended. The main issue at this point is that the dealership has refused to provide a loaner. I was able to talk them into a loaner (which was actually a test drive) for 1 weekend but that was it. My husband left a message for the Service Manager and never received a return call. I emailed the GM, David Piercefield, and he never bothered responding either. I've been without a car for over 7 weeks with no end in sight and while I understand they can't produce a part that doesn't exist, they certainly could offer a loaner for the inconvenience. I spoke with Ed Martin Honda and they told me they would offer a loaner in this situation so my advice to anyone reading this - avoid Indy Honda and take your business to Ed Martin.

I have been a customer for over a decade, have serviced multiple vehicles and purchased many vehicles here over that time. What used to be a customer oriented service with friendly, knowledgeable staff and technicians is now full of young people who have no idea how to communicate beyond the aggressive and completely unnecessary sales they solicit. I have zero trust for their ability to perform even basic services as like all others commenting, everyone is over promised and then under delivered. I have been told so many times that services I have requested and paid for are simply not done. I have reached out many times to the head of the entire service department Kris Gordon and have NEVER heard back, so before you post a canned response to me, don't bother. Your business is only here to suck as much money out of customers as possible without providing them anything.
