After receiving two recall notices for my 2015 Kia Sportage, I scheduled a service appointment at Napleton KIA of Carmel. I was very impressed with the professionalism of both the staff and the service team (Ryan was my point of contact). They provided an anticipated time of completion, and were finished before that time, which was a wonderful surprise. And the icing on the cake... they washed my vehicle, which was very much appreciated! I would give more than five stars if possible. Highly recommend!

Dealership was very easy to work with o n original sale, had a service issue on my truck purchase a month after purchasing and I felt they out of their way to take care of me, letting me every step and availability of parts. Hoping to not need them going forward but if I do let's hope I get the same treatment..

I went in there many times to get parts while working on my Audis and Volkswagens, their parts department is phenomenal. This is because I own 7 audis and vw's and will not deal with Vorderman. I have had Nick looking for me a car and he has been very responsive and all over it I trust he will find me a good deal he is a good man and I trust him very much I have known him for quite a while I believe he will go the extra mile and not put me in a car he doesn't trust himself.sa

Everyone that I have had an interaction with there as far as employees have been friendly and helpful. When I need an oil change, there are some Ford dealerships closer to me, but I drive a little extra to take it here. I trust that my car is in good hands. Jackson was fantastic! He went through the entire set-up and didn't make me feel stupid. He didn't rush and made sure that I understood everything we had just gone through. Service was a bit different. I had an appt at 7:30 in the morning to drop off my car and said I need the car back early afternoon. I had to call twice to see what was going on and was finally told around 2pm that they were in the process of diagnosing the problem. So that tells me that my car sat all morning so why schedule appts??
