Jackson was fantastic! He went through the entire set-up and didn't make me feel stupid. He didn't rush and made sure that I understood everything we had just gone through. Service was a bit different. I had an appt at 7:30 in the morning to drop off my car and said I need the car back early afternoon. I had to call twice to see what was going on and was finally told around 2pm that they were in the process of diagnosing the problem. So that tells me that my car sat all morning so why schedule appts??
