Let me start by saying that I don’t typically like anything about buying a car, but Kerlin Motor Company has changed my mind about that. I can’t say enough good things about Curt and Aimee at Kerlin. I found the Explorer that I was interested in online. I would have to travel over 80 miles to get to Kerlin so I had a lot of questions. Aimee, my sales person, continued answering my questions even after the dealership closed. She also sent me a video and extra pictures to help me decide. Once I made it to the dealership, I purchased my new car, traded my old car and was in and out in an hour and a half (and that included the test drive)! Curt, the business manager, is a straight shooter who gave me a more than fair amount for my trade and got a great rate for me from the bank. I highly recommend Kerlin Motor Company and would definitely make the trip again for my next vehicle.

I have been doing business with Bill Hartman here at Jim True for over 30 years!! It was Bauer Ford way back then, but, it has always been a great place with great people. I have always received top notch service. They have become just like family and they are always if you have any questions. Go in and see them, and just ask for Bill!!

I bought a vehicle from this dealership on December 5 2022. I was issued a temporary tag good until 1/19/23. I paid cash for the vehicle on 1/12/23 I called Olivia my finance person she stated that Opus the titling company had messed up and not filed it, however it was going to be expedited through the system. 1/23/2023 I call Opus titling company they had just received my information electronically today. I called Jeff Etter his response was he did not know enough about the process said he did not like my tone and hung up on me. It was quite surreal! This seems to be my only option warn as many people as possible. This man does not deserve your business.

I have had my Ford Escape serviced here several times and their service is excellent..All of the employees are very friendly and helpful with any problems.. Their prices are reasonable and was less than what was quoted. The service was on schedule and did not take long.I truly felt welcome by Ron, the service manager and his staff. A few years ago, my mother was in an accident; her car was totaled. We were told she had four days to find a new car. I immediately called Curry Meece at Advantage Ford and within 24 hours, he showed me the next car my mother would own. Mr. Meece made buying a gently used car the best possible buying experience for my mother and, frankly, the ease at which he made the process is one we will ever forget. They have treated us as if she is the only customer Advantage Ford has. (I'm certain they have many!) If I hadn't just leased my car, I would have purchased from Mr. Meece and his company. They are and will forever remain true to their customers and are a great company to work with!!!

I was very disappointed in my experience with Bob Thomas Ford. The vehicle I was interested in was an import from Canada and based on prior experience Canadian vehicles, due to the weather, often have rust issues particularly on the undercarriage. I specifically asked the "online sales manager" about the condition of the undercarriage and I was assured that is was in "great shape". I was ready to move forward with the purchase but wanted to get a couple of pictures of the underside of the vehicle. When I asked, the online guy passed the sale on to another salesman who sent the pics I asked for and low and behold the undercarriage was, as I suspected, very rusty and corroded. Shady is the word that comes to mind. After pointing out the condition of the vehicle, I did not hear another word from Bob Thomas Ford.

The dealership is now Bob Burkle Ford. Looking for a new F-150, I went to the nearest dealer first. Salesperson was Lynn Stewart. Very helpful, professional, and surprised me with a better than expected price. But since it is a small dealership I was convinced better deals were out there. I went to two larger dealerships in larger cities only to find that they did not match the effort or the price of Lynn at Bob Burkle Ford. We spent a few days negotiaing trade in values, options, etc. and were able to strike a deal that made us both happy. I'll be a repeat customer.

Poor Customer Service - Joe Peru

I dont know about their sales, but I would stay away from their service department. Took my minivan in for new brakes, tires, and shocks. All most all of the parts were incorrectly replaced. The wrong tires were changed and the shocks were never installed. I took it back to the dealership and it ended up taking over a month to get it straightened out and I still ended up replacing tires that did not need to be replaced out of pocket.
