I don’t typically leave reviews, but this experience - Victim 7
I don’t typically leave reviews, but this experience needs to be shared.
My experience with Volvo of Orland Park was extremely disappointing and, frankly, concerning. While my vehicle was in their care, the frame under my door was bent—damage that was never repaired, acknowledged properly, or compensated. I provided three professional estimates ranging from $1,700 to $3,400 to restore the vehicle to its original condition, and nothing was done.
On top of that, the bolts securing my front struts were cross-threaded, which caused noticeable popping noises and left the connection loose. A local mechanic confirmed this likely contributed to me having to replace my right front CV axle at a cost of $578.
What makes this even more troubling is that, as an employee, I was expected to confidently stand behind and promote both the vehicles and the service. It’s widely known internally that I wasn’t the only one this has happened to.
If this is how employees’ vehicles are treated, it raises serious concerns about how customer vehicles are handled. I would strongly recommend exercising caution and getting a second opinion if you’re considering service here.
