I have been bringing my Volvos to Marc Kubil and his service team for over 20 years. They have taken exceptional care of my cars. This week my check engine light came on when I left for work and I drove it straight over to them and they took me right away with no appointment. They had me up and running the next day. I wouldn't take my Volvos anywhere else.

My wife was in a rear end accident in her 2021 XC60, and to replace it she wanted the XC90 to feel even more safe. We searched nationwide and found one at McGrath. We reached out, and even being from Texas and not down the street, the team worked through everything with us and made the transaction easy! Working with Alan and Alex could not have been easier, and Din in finance made everything a breeze. They overnighted paper work to us, and were able to pick me up from the airport and drove me to the dealership. Even with a 2 hour flight delay they were more than happy to accommodate! I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone from any corner of the country! These guys make buying a car easy and they aren't your typical car salesmen, They actually care! A+++

Do your homework and beware of prices. I submitted a request online for a specific vehicle that appeared to be a good deal ($67K) and was told that it was available. When I showed up 24 hours later, (after multiple calls and emails from the dealer confirming my visit and in which no-one mention the car was no longer available); the car was no longer available and the ones available for purchase where the ones at regular price ($82K) … shocking… Two hours later I received an obvious automated system-generated communication "from the sales rep", sharing a vehicle with the same initial low price, but different color… clearly a systematic approach to luring people with false lower prices into the dealer; basic bait and switch. Very shady way of bringing people in, I wonder what else they might do...

Akrim A. His thoughtfulness and genuine care averts disaster - medicine hat

Akrim A. deserves a great dept of gratitude from me. I had what seemed like a very minor condition materialize with my Jaguar the night before I had a very long drive for a client meeting. Akrim's care revealed an unrelated but extremely dangerous condition with one of my tyres. He insisted I leave the vehicle as he did not think it was safe for me. I would never have noticed this condition on my own. I had no reason to check. Without Akrim's genuine concern for me personally, my long drive could have ended very badly. Instead, I was driving a very nice and very safe vehicle provided for me as a courtesy at Akrim's insistence. Akrim and everyone at Howard Orloff, you've been great to me for 26 years!!!! Interestingly, I did not end-up purchasing a vehicle from McLaughlin, as I live out of state and did not need to factor-in service, customer orientation, friendliness, trustworthiness, etc. I will end up servicing my vehicle locally here in Arizona. However, my experience with Brian Cox was nothing short of outstanding. As a sales leader myself, I am hyper-critical of the prototypical "salesy" car salesman. My experience with Brian was the opposite. He worked to be a trusted advisor, strove to ensure I had everything I needed to make an intelligent decision, and went the extra mile to ensure my experience with Volvos in general was top-notch. Brian is the kind of salesman I'd want to represent my company - in it for the customer rather than to pad his own pockets. He's just a good human being. Undoubtedly, he will (or likely already does) have an army of loyal customers who trust his advice and enjoy his friendly personality. Thank you, Brian. If I ever move within 100 miles of Moline, I guarantee I'll buy a vehicle at McLaughlin and join that army.

Left with more problems than I came in with - unhappynow

Came in with urgent airbag message and left with urgent airbag message, urgent ABS message, wipers that wont turn off (they just pulled the fuse and left it in the fuse box), and turn signals that don't work. All this is the result of them just doing a diagnostic scan. I can go back and have them look at it again for a minimum of $600 - no guarantees on what the final figure will be.
