I needed my tires rotated. I happened to be in the area so I dropped in. They immediately took care of me. They throughly checked my car for any problems. I found out that my front brakes needed to be replaced soon. Being a woman I depend on your dealership to take care of my maintence. The service manager, Kevin Hawkins, took me to the lounge and got me a cup of coffe personally. The tire rotation was free you can't beat free. Overall I would say that your dealership is the best. I have told some people about how good you are.8973

We called the dealership on 1/15/10 to request to look at a car that was listed in the paper. They said it couldn't be seen until 1/18/10 because it was being detailed. When we arrived on 1/18 is was not finished in fact it looked like they just started it. The car had been in an accident that was never disclosed to us and will cost us another $1000 to fix. This dealership does not have honest people. Buyer, please beware of the short answers and smooth talking. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!
Dealership lists a 2013 Mini Cooper stating 52K miles and - Pete
Dealership lists a 2013 Mini Cooper stating 52K miles and 1 accident. CarFax shows 226K miles as of 2/22/2022 and 2 accidents. One rear en colission in 2013 and a side swipe in 2016. I asked the sales person (Ada) for an explanation; no response. After sharing with the sales person the listing still reflects 52K and 1 accident. BUYER BEWARE.
This review is for Signature Auto Group in Crystal Lake... - astanley
This review is for Signature Auto Group in Crystal Lake Illinois, owners name is Brent STAY AWAY!!!!!! We found this company on ebay motors, the vehicle they had listed magically disappeared after we drove FIVE HOURS after being repeatedly assured that they had it on the lot and would sell it for a stated price. Told us they had 5 more just like it and pressured to put a $200 deposit down-Thankfully we did not. Then pressured us to buy a lower quality truck at a higher price and then CHANGED THE PRICE mid sale!! Everything out of their mouths is a LIE!!! We will be FILING A COMPLAINT with the BBB
Friendly salesman did not tell me the car was a rust - Scott.robert3015
Friendly salesman did not tell me the car was a rust bucket. Also did not tell me the wiper arm was not functioning. Can't even get it inspected. Not happy, paid way too much for this 20 year old car, even though it is mechanically sound. Lesson learned: never buy a car you cannot see in person and never buy a car that has been in salt.
AL was a straight up honest guy and was as detailed as - JBELLODYSSEY
AL was a straight up honest guy and was as detailed as possible when it came to the details nd history of describing the car. HE didn't play any games or under play and details and I look forward to having the opportunity to buy from him again thanks Al for the Ct200.

The owners do not stand behind what the salesman say. I was told that they did not have remote entries for the car I bought, and that I should go to a dealer and get them and they would reimburse me. I bought 2. After weeks of trying to get my money the owner said that their policy is to only give 1 key and remote and why should he pay me full price for the remote when he can get them at his cost. He then paid me their cost, just over $40 for what I paid over $125. Thanks for nothing.

Dealer and Management are Liars - MF
We negotiated a price and bought a car based on the information provided by Autobarn and confirmed by our dealer. When we got home we realized a key feature was not only missing from the car entirely, it wasn’t even offered on the model we bought. When we tried to get fair compensation they refused. Then they ignored the better business bureau request. If you want to work with someone honest find another dealer.
They helped me to get the car I wanted even with less... - Joe James
They helped me to get the car I wanted even with less than perfect credit. My family has been buying cars there for a long time and they have always treated us fairly.

I had a terrific buying experience at The Eclectic Garage. My vintage Jeep was as advertised and a great find by the Eclectic staff. I love what they are doing here.

They didn’t even respond to my inquiry about a uses car on their lot. Others have voiced their unfavorable opinions about this dealership too.
Ridiculous - pugdad795
Last week, I went there to appraise my vehicle. After full disclosure of the situation that I was in, the dude came back after less than five minutes and told me that they could not even appraise my vehicle because it was too old. Newsflash: You have cars on your lot that are older than mine. Ridiculous!

Very pleasant experience with this dealership first time for me there. Bryan was very easy-going no high pressure and made the experience a very pleasant one. I am thinking about going back and buying another car for my son in the next month or two.

Buyer Beware! - WinNOVA
I purchased a classic car from Steve sight unseen on his word that the car "needs nothing". If you're going to buy from Xtreme Motors, invest the time and money to make the trip to the dealership (in my case it was over 600 miles) and then have the car inspected from top to bottom at an independent repair shop. Receipts for repairs are easy to come by - the proof is in the inspection by a qualified mechanic. Very, very disappointed in what was supposed to be my dream car.
