As you know, when the maintenance (See the Dealer) light comes on It can be stressful. Especially when on a road or business trip. This situation wasn't. I brought my wife's beloved Prius in and got the routine maintenance and returned home sooner than was estimated. Napleton staff were pleasant, hospitable, and I was able to work while I waited in their welcoming lounge area while enjoying a complimentary coffee. After my first visit to this location I must say that I highly recommend Napleton and am glad to be able to trust this dealership with our vehicle.

My family only drives Toyota and that is partly because of the service department at Schaumburg Toyota. I get all my regular service work done there and when I’ve had issues they have always set me up for success! When my car needed to stay waiting on a part, they gave me a loaner car without hesitation. Ezequiel (Eze) is the best service advisor, but anyone you work with there is pretty great too. It’s hard to find a trustworthy dealership sometimes and nerve wrecking to get service work done (especially as a female), but Schaumburg Toyota has always treated me with respect and integrity!!

This was one-time experience: new car under warranty wouldn't start. Was towed to Bredemann Toyota, and they took care of it. Everything was perfect: promptly called as soon as the car arrived to them, listened. suggested scheduled maintenance, explained what's covered; on the next day fixed the car, including replacing bad battery that failed load test; promptly called and said that the car is ready for pickup. The pickup itself was fast and with zero problems. I should mention that had the car not been under warranty, I wouldn't even think about going to _any_ dealership for repairs.

We have purchased two new vehicles from this dealership over the years. Their sales staff were always very helpful and gave us great deals. I recently had an issue with my vehicle and went in for service. My complaint was a repetitive "thump-thump-thump" while driving. I'd looked at the wheels, tires and underbody and saw nothing. When I pulled in for service one of the technicians responsible for onboarding customer vehicles, a nice young man who gave his name only as "Brett", happened to say, "You know you've got a lump of tar on your front wheel..." And sure enough, I'd picked one up somehow at one of the many, many road construction projects going on (it's an election year, right?). Brett and his crew let me roll away and I scraped off the tar at home. THANKS BRETT! I really appreciate the service!
