I was able to get a service appointment within a couple days and got me in quickly when I got there. They fixed my brake issue and a recall I hadn't expected being able to get done during the appointment. I'll be back for my next services.

Well leaving your review on their website didn't help maybe this will. Nobody is helping us with a follow-through on canceling our service contract. Talk to several people and they say they would help us still nothing. Maybe I need to call the local news to get results

Friendly and fast service. We were at a horse show down the road when our 1-ton dually would not start. They got us in right away and found one of our batteries was faulty. Completed the warranty work with no waiting or hassle. Highly recommend the service department!

Chrysler had to buy back my Jeep. Kunes was responsible for getting me my tax money back. There was confusion with my tax money because of my trade-ins. David Webb really went to the plate for me and got my money back for me I appreciate all he did. I can tell that Jeep Kunis is really trying to make a difference and is stepping things up. Cody and Max in service are great I love seeing Jim there when I come in. Mike keeps working hard on my jeep. David Webb has really helped me and so has Matt young, In the finance department with getting my tax money back. I know you guys did not benefit financially for helping me with the situation. I just want you to know I recognize this and I appreciate all you did. Thank you guys so much.

👎👎 ZERO STARS The mechanics diagnosed my car wrong, and almost had me pay a lot of money ($1500) for a part that wasn't even broken. You need better service members because obviously they misdiagnose people vehicles. I'm so glad I got a 2nd opinion, and my bill was not even $500.. This has been the worst service to date!!!

If you are looking for a good dealership, you might want to visit my new friend, Angelo, at Sherman Dodge in Skokie. I hesitated about traveling 41 miles to meet yet "another sales guy" to get an estimate on my accessible van that we used to transport my daughter in. I truly enjoyed my visit to Sherman Dodge yesterday! I've never said that about any other car dealer. Angelo was excellent. Each time he passed thru the waiting area, he had a genuine (not a sales-guy) smile and very informative about what was going on. By the time I left, I truly trusted him! I've already told several friends about the dealership (even though it's 40 miles away from where I live). Everyone agreed you do business right even when a sale is not involved! Thank you so much, Sherman & Angelo!

Where’s the zero star?? I bought a car and had some repairs done to it. during the whole process we have caught them in several lies. My worst experience was when they had my car for (three weeks) doing simple, quick repairs. When I picked it up my new front tires were swapped out for used, evenly worn, completely bald, with wires showing. they claimed they didn’t touch the tires and said it must have been from bad alignment, but EXPLAIN HOW they would be bald after not even 300 miles on the new tires I had just put on before taking it in!? REDICULOUS!! I have a free oil change with them but I’m afraid they’ll steal my engine. They have lost my business!!!!!!

I moved to the area in 2020, and started servicing my Charger at Fields. They were great! Friendly, fast, always fixed the first time. If the car ever needed to stay more than a day, I always got a loaner, or at least a quick shuttle over to Enterprise, complimentary. But late 2022, early 2023, things started to change. Communication with them plummeted. I'd have to constantly call them to even find out if my car was done. It took them 3 times to finally fix my water pump. (I did water pumps in high school, shouldn't be that hard). In the Fall of 2023, I was ready to shop for a Jeep product, and decided to check out Fields. I was walking around in there for at least 15min, and nobody even bothered to come say Hi. I was clearly "shopping." After that I left, and bought a Grand Cherokee elsewhere. In early 2024, the Grand Cherokee had some recalls come through. I took it to Fields since they're the closest, and I got a whole bunch of attitude for "not buying the car from them" but they'll take care of the recall anyway because it's a factory safety issue. According to Jeep Wave, I should get a loaner, since they needed to keep the car all day. I asked about a rental then from Enterprise, and with much attitude they said "fine, we'll drive you over there, but we need to authorize it first. If it's not authorized, the rental is on your own dime." Of course it was authorized by FCA but it took Enterprise forever to get the ok. Even the Enterprise manager said that Field's has been particularly difficult to deal with the past couple years. What a miserable dealership. It's really too bad, they used to be great. I'm never going there again nor will think of purchasing from them.

Auburn paired my new cell phone in seconds and also explained how to take my key apart so I could leave a key with some one and yet they could not drive it. I took it to Auffenberg Dodge Jeep in Shiloh to have them address all the problems. Mike Reed and his team of service reps worked hard to help me get compensation from the dealership that sold me the vehicle. The mechanic (Ron) working on my HC is honestly the best around.
