I was able to get a service appointment within a couple days and got me in quickly when I got there. They fixed my brake issue and a recall I hadn't expected being able to get done during the appointment. I'll be back for my next services.

Had the airbag recall performed on my Shelby G-500 Mustang. The service manager was very competent to insure the proper was ordered, the work was done at the appointed time and the vehicle hand washed on completion! My head mechanic also speaks highly of this dealership as we have a large fleet of Ford vehicles and he uses them for parts and service.

Outstanding customer service from their Service Dept! They helped ensure that Ford Motor Co honored their drivetrain warranty to replace the transmission on my 2019 Fusion. Furthermore, Ford Motor Co had originally denied my claim for tow truck and rental car expenses because I did not book the reservations through Ford, but Michelle stayed on Ford and got them to reimburse me for both expenses!

I arrived early for my oil change and they took me right in and worked on the car. The service tech kept me informed of progress & offered 'recommended' services. I turned down the recommended services and was NOT pressured to accept them. I was in/out in 25 minutes.

My husband and I brought both of are cars in without an appointment and Gus was so helpful and polite about taking care of us that very day. Gus explained the maintenance needed along with oil changes and everything was taken care of in a very timely matter. Gus also kept us informed of the progress while we were waiting. The last time I was in for an oil change , the mechanic noticed a slight oil leak on right side of engine. The service writer (Joe Picicci) said he would schedule me to find and repair problem.
