It was an absolute pleasure working with James to option out and order a brand new M3 Comp X drive. While I ended up buying elsewhere (I found my dream car in the exact specs I wanted), James was extremely pleasant to work with and made the order process very simple when getting a G80 M3 from the factory was not as simple. He made sure I was aware of all of the costs involved & took great care in making sure things went smoothly. Their customer service is really bad. I was told that parts will come in within a week and then a week became weekssss and NO ONE CALL to let us know. We have to call back to find out. When we called, they can't find my order and told me to bring my car back so that they can check on the parts numbers, which they should given that i was there the last time and they looked at my car. Upon my request, they checked again and then FOUND my records and told me that part would take a few MORE WEEKS!!!!!
