I Have been coming there alittle over 6 years now They have a awesome Shop team The shop is great they take the time to listen to you and even if you dont have a appointment and you have something going on with your vehicle They have taken the time to take a ride with me to listen to see if they could fiquire it out I have done this 2 times now and both times they knew exactly what is was They have been excellent They are very pleasant and kind I will be going there for many more years

The Best Ford Dealer and Service Dept in Will County - gmanaka1

The last time I was in for an oil change , the mechanic noticed a slight oil leak on right side of engine. The service writer (Joe Picicci) said he would schedule me to find and repair problem. I was under warranty , and the whole job was taken care of perfectly. I have purchased vehicles and serviced them since 2004 at this dealership. Friendly and fast service. We were at a horse show down the road when our 1-ton dually would not start. They got us in right away and found one of our batteries was faulty. Completed the warranty work with no waiting or hassle. Highly recommend the service department!
