Outstanding customer service from their Service Dept! They helped ensure that Ford Motor Co honored their drivetrain warranty to replace the transmission on my 2019 Fusion. Furthermore, Ford Motor Co had originally denied my claim for tow truck and rental car expenses because I did not book the reservations through Ford, but Michelle stayed on Ford and got them to reimburse me for both expenses!

I Have been coming there alittle over 6 years now They have a awesome Shop team The shop is great they take the time to listen to you and even if you dont have a appointment and you have something going on with your vehicle They have taken the time to take a ride with me to listen to see if they could fiquire it out I have done this 2 times now and both times they knew exactly what is was They have been excellent They are very pleasant and kind I will be going there for many more years

The last time I was in for an oil change , the mechanic noticed a slight oil leak on right side of engine. The service writer (Joe Picicci) said he would schedule me to find and repair problem. I was under warranty , and the whole job was taken care of perfectly. I have purchased vehicles and serviced them since 2004 at this dealership. They did the oil change as requested, We have had an ongoing problem with the escape since we bought it 2 years ago After the car has been sitting when you back up the brakes squeal whether they are wet or not. It has done this since the day we bought it. We have mentioned it several times when serviced and the last time we were in last week they told us it was a problem with the escape. I've had a lot of cars with disc brakes and none have ever done this on a cosistent basis like this. Very disappointed in Roberts Ford.
