I Have been coming there alittle over 6 years now They have a awesome Shop team The shop is great they take the time to listen to you and even if you dont have a appointment and you have something going on with your vehicle They have taken the time to take a ride with me to listen to see if they could fiquire it out I have done this 2 times now and both times they knew exactly what is was They have been excellent They are very pleasant and kind I will be going there for many more years

My husband and I brought both of are cars in without an appointment and Gus was so helpful and polite about taking care of us that very day. Gus explained the maintenance needed along with oil changes and everything was taken care of in a very timely matter. Gus also kept us informed of the progress while we were waiting. We have purchased 3 cars from Patrick Hyundai/Schaumburg and our experience with sales (Manny) and service has been exceptional. Thanks for always taking time to talk or be of service.

The last time I was in for an oil change , the mechanic noticed a slight oil leak on right side of engine. The service writer (Joe Picicci) said he would schedule me to find and repair problem. I was under warranty , and the whole job was taken care of perfectly. I have purchased vehicles and serviced them since 2004 at this dealership.
