Went to the Dodge dealership just to look. Wasn’t really looking for a new vehicle as I loved my 2019 Jeep Cherokee that I bought from Bob Brady about 6 years ago. Met with Diana Hughes and she was amazing! We had gone to a couple other dealerships and actually walked away from some good deals because the salesperson was either too pushy or rude. Diana never once pressured us into buying a new vehicle. She just explained what deal she could give us and what she could do for us. We test drove a 2024 Dodge Hornet and I fell in love with it. Because of her laidback and friendly personality we decided to buy it. Won’t be going to a different dealership in the future and will always ask for Diana in the future. Other dealerships must think people love pushy salespeople but never once has any of the staff we’ve dealt with at Bob Brady have ever been pushy or rude with us. Thank you Diana for helping us! You definitely have long term customers out of us!

Bought a 2018 Ford F-150 from Kunes CJRD on 9/16/23 with 14,000 miles, the truck was delivered to my house that Saturday. The following morning I discovered a serious driveline vibration, and brought the truck to our local Firestone dealer the following Monday to have the tires rotated and balanced, which was unsuccessful. In turn I brought the truck to Ford for a full inspection, where the following issues had been discovered: - Tires unevenly worn beyond ability to balance - needed replacement - Front pinion seal is leaking (would have been caught by any visual inspection) - Air charge tube is leaking oil (Powerstroke) and must be replaced - Engine had been replaced at 11,900 miles, no mention in the condition report or Carfax Sales Manager Joe has told me the dealership does not intend to reimburse me despite his promises to "make things right," and also despite my buying the dealership's extended warranty, which is not worth the paper its written on. My words to the wise, avoid buying a vehicle from this dealership. If you do, insist on inspection of the vehicle by an outside party, they clearly do not inspect or recondition used cars and trucks.

Bailin is AWESOME!! Super informative and his customer service and follow up/follow through is second to none! I wanted a very specific vehicle with specific bells and whistles; though it was not on their lot, he quickly found it for me, and had it brought to the dealership! Dillon in finance is AWESOME (don't be fooled, he loves to smile and laugh when business is concluded!). I dealt directly with these two guys. Everyone at the dealership is very friendly and will have a conversation with you. I feel safe and will happily work with Kunes, Mt. Carroll, in the future! I purchased a 2014 Chevy equinox from Kunes in Morrison, Illinois, I had nothing but problems with it the day I drove it off the lot. After 4 months of calling and asking for help or get me in another car they finally helped me get into another car. I spoke with the GM and he was able to help me get a different car, after getting my new car I received a letter from my loan company that they sent me a check to the dealership for balance owed to me on my Chevy equinox that I had returned. The dealership was to call me when they received my check. They called me and said that my check was there and they needed me to come in and sign it over to them because that check needed to go towards the down payment on my new car, so before going over to the dealership I called my loan company and asked them if that was what the check was for, they said no! I already had a down payment with my trade in, so the check was mine to do whatever I wanted with it. So my fiancé and I went to kunes in Morrison Illinois and sat down with the sales guy and he told me I had to sign over the check to him, he passed me the check face down across the desk, I picked up the check and looked at it and handed it to my fiancé. My fiancé told him that I was not saying it over to them that it was mine and was made out to me. We got up and walked out of the office and the sales guy chased out into the lobby yelling you need to give that check back it’s not yours and than saying he was going to call the cops. My fiancé told him to go ahead and call, the cops would see the check was made out in my name for me. So we left and didn’t get the cops called on us and never heard from kunes in Morrison Illinois again. So basically they were trying to take my $900 check for themselves, never again will I deal with kunes in Morrison Illinois Bill Bart - general manager Greg Roberts - sales Josh Morales - sales Be very careful if you go to this place, they rip you off and lie to you, they only want the sale for their Commission, after you drive off the lot they don’t care what happens. Josh Morales is the sales guy who threatened to call the cops on us and try to take my $900 check.

I am pretty much devasted and disgusted by my car buying experience at Kunes (Monmouth). It was the first car I ever bought on my own. I didnt have a lot of money for down-payment. I don't understand how they can sell a car that is unsafe and unreliable, and is falling apart in the parking lot. I wish I never would have walked in there. My trade in was in much better condition than the car they sold me. I think they should cancel my contract and give the bank their money back. I have only driven that car 1 time. It's a piece of junk. I think they look for poor, women, who don't know much about cars, to take advantage of. I will never walk in there again. I also will tell everyone I know about their shifty business practices.

I bought a 2017 Nissan Titan from lujack nissan in Davenport Iowa last year. It was new. First of all I love the truck but I will never buy another vehicle from them. The salesman promised me that the new diesel v8 motor from Cummins would start no matter what the temperature is. He lied. At 7 degrees it barely made it. At 2 it wouldn't start. I have had diesel pickups for a long time. The power stroke motors are notorious for not starting in winter. I had a dodge with a 4.9 diesel in it and it never failed me in 11 years. When calling lujacks and telling them my problem they informed me that they no longer had a diesel mechanic and so they couldn't work on it. I told them I was told it was an infallible motor. They said "we don't know that he said that and that salesman no longer works here so we can't ask him!" They said to go find another dealer. I did. Ken Nelson in Dixon. Zack, the service manager, after two days of warming it up with knipcos and covering with blankets to get it started put it in the front of the line. He said that these trucks need a block heater. I told him what the other salesman had told me and he said, "he lied to you". After it thawed out I had them service it bile it was there and tell me what he thought. He said it needed a block heater and it might help where I get my fuel. I always keep additive in it but I don't always watch where I get my fuel. After complaining to lujacks and then Nissan about what I was told, lujacks finally agreed to supply the parts but as they didn't have a diesel mechanic I was on my own getting it put in. Lujacks finally sent the parts to me and I talked to Zachary about getting it in. I came out of work 2 days ago and my def system failure was flashing. I called Zachary at men Nelson and he said to get it there. Again, he put me up front! They found an electrical issue and while they had to wait for 1 day for parts, the put in my block heater! The block heater on the Titans is a little more extensive than the old , " screw it in the freeze hole and plug her in" days. I got my truck back today with hopefully all of this nonsense over with! I would like to say that I did try to but the truck there first but we couldn't make a deal. Will I rethink it next time? Probably. It is worth something just to feel confident in the after buy care.Their service department is fantastic! I went back there in the shop and talked to the mechanic myself. Smart guy and everyone there, even the lady I paid was smiling! Folks, if you asked me to say one bad thing about ken Nelson in Dixon I couldn't and wouldn't. I do sometimes have a hard time dealing with them but we bought our new Corolla from them in 2009 and my wife won't get rid of it! I am very confident in their service though! The best of the best! We were visiting the Crawford County Humane Society in Robinson Il. While we were there, our tire pressure monitor light went on. My husband found a nail in one of the tires, and the tire pressure was 22psi. We went to Silverthorne Ford to see if they could help us. These people could not have been nicer. They were going to patch the tire, but Geoffrey discovered some large cracks on the inside of the tire. We were shocked since we had just had our tires rotated by our mechanic, and he never said anything. Jordan was surprised the tire hadn't blown. It could have been a bad accident if the tire had blown while we were driving at highway speeds. Even though the mechanics were busy, they took the time to replace the damaged tire. Geoffrey inspected the other 3 tires, and the other 3 were beginning to get cracks in them as well. This is a Ford dealer and we have a Toyota, so it was really nice they were willing to help us instead of sending us elsewhere. We live in Minnesota and we're on our way back. We forgot to take pictures of the tire to show our mechanic. Makayla was nice enough to send us some photos. We were just so amazed at the kindness and customer service we were provided by everyone at the dealership. Jordan, Geoffrey, Makayla, and Bailey really stood out. Bailey spent a lot of time showing my husband the owner's Hellcat he was detailing while we waited. We couldn't have been happier with the service everyone provided. We would highly recommend you take your vehicle there if you need any service.

Went to look at a 2019 F250 diesel, and the first thing we noticed was the sales lady offered no information on the truck and was not very helpful but after driving it and looking it over for obvious issues (rust, brakes, air and heat) we decided to purchase, our fault, but we didn’t know the crucial questions to ask. At a later date we took the truck in for service at a shop near us and to our surprise we were informed by the tech that the truck had been deleted! We didn’t know what that meant for us and the tech informed that shops typically won’t work on trucks that have been deleted and if they do they require payment in advanced. We weren’t happy to discover this but after discussion and a change in careers we decided we needed a F350 dually or higher for the work we would be doing therefore we decided to look at trading anyways. We checked out 3 dealerships in our area to trade and we’re told by all 3 that they weren’t interested in the truck to buy as it was not only deleted but was also in 3 car accidents! They would be willing to do a trade but they did not have what we were now wanting and the trade in value on the F250 was $20,000 less than what we bought the truck for! We bought this truck in August and we started looking to trade in Oct/ November! I called the dealership we bought this truck from and informed the sales lady that she didn’t inform us of this information and she acted confused and that she was not aware the truck had been in 3 car accidents, but, I assured her it was as I had the print out that showed the dates and totals, and she didn’t say a word about the delete. I told her they needed to help us fix this and she wanted to look into it and call us back. She never did. Now it is December and I called her again, she said she didn’t have anything on the lot for us that we were wanting and would not buy the truck back from us. If we could do a trade she would give just a little more than the other dealerships; saying that since we bought the truck 4 months ago that the value dropped a lot. Ya! Because it’s been deleted and in 3 car accidents and they know it and if we did a trade I bet they would put it back on their lot for the same amount we originally bought it for and would probably keep the delete and accidents a secret. Makes me wonder what other information they keep/kept from buyers? Very unhappy with this lady and this dealership for the headache they caused us!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! - KGoff

We just had a very expensive ceramic coating/self healing system put on our car by an awesome company. We got it back looking gorgeous and took it to have an oil change and tire rotation at Greenway. We got it back with a big gouge in the hood!!! It looks like someone closed the hood with a tool in their hand! We have pictures of right before we took it there, and after so there's no mistaking that this was done on their watch! It is literally through the ceramic coating, through the paint!!! My husband called there and they said "huh, that sucks". No apology, no offer to fix it, nothing!! I will NEVER take another vehicle to Greenway again, and I will make sure everyone I know is aware of this situation!!

Left tool under hood that caused serpentine belt to come off track and severe damage and said it’s my problem not theirs. Customer service is terrible. I’ve been hung up on. Also they told me to wait another week and notify my extended warranty insurance which I believe they are telling me to be deceptive to the insurance. Their mechanic left a tool under the hood, I have witnesses. My 76 year old mother bought this car less than a month ago and the tool is certainly not hers! Plus they will ruin your credit by searching multiple banks in order to get a sale. With out my mom knowing it they searched 8 different banks to get a sale…..destroyed her credit!
