The Powertrain issues the Explorer had with only 66,000 miles on it and the expense of it was very disappointing. However, the Service department (Steven) worked diligently with Ford to recoup some of the cost and Huntley Ford worked with me as well to get the cost down as much as possible. I was very happy with Steven, and the quality of work from the service techs.
