Nikola was a great person to work with to buy my Audi Q3. He was knowledgeable and helpful through the entire process. There were a couple things the dealership needed to get done before I was able to purchase it and he kept me updated and stayed social the entire time. This meant a lot to me. I can only speak of him as my salesperson because the person I scheduled with text me at 12:01 asking me to reschedule. My appointment was at 12:00. No one but Nikola helped me and I am so fortunate he did. He made everything so lovely and I knew I didn't need to keep looking.

I’ve purchased cars throughout the mid-west for personal use, always leaned towards certified to take advantage of the certification process and extended warranty. Of the BMW’s, Porsche’s I’ve purchased this Allroad was in the absolute best condition of all of them! The process (all online with Amy “Brooks”) was fair to me and Naperville Audi. Closing of the purchase in Naperville after a 3 hour drive in a snow storm was worth it, painless and Amy appreciated that I had another 3 hour drive home, moving the process forward. The introduction of the cars features (Dan) were amazing and thoroughly informative, usually I would blow these off. I know this review sounds like I’m related to the dealer….not….we are Detroit Lions fans!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Channing Greene at Fletcher Jones Audi, and I can't say enough great things about him. He provided us with, by far, the best customer experience we’ve ever had at a dealership. We arrived at the dealership shortly after 6 PM, just a couple of hours before closing. Channing had already prepared all the paperwork in advance, making the process seamless. Despite the late hour, we never felt rushed. In fact, Channing stayed with us for almost an hour after closing to ensure we fully understood how to operate all the features of our new vehicle before driving home. On a personal level, Channing is truly a remarkable, charismatic, and inspiring individual who effortlessly connects with others through his genuine kindness and enthusiasm. For him, this is far more than just a business transaction; Channing takes immense pride in his work and the exceptional experiences he creates. He has not only earned our admiration with his five-star service but also secured our loyalty—we will definitely be returning.

Went in for oil change and maintenance, had an awesome experience with Ben Lau, he was in constant contact and never once did I try and get a hold of someone and wasn't able to. Most places you have to call 6-7 times before they answer. Super responsive, helpful, and explained things in a way most people can understand. Great job and hopefully if needed I can come back to this service dept! Audi, International group, and Ben Lau - 5 stars, 10/10. I felt like this is the way service should be.
