Car buying is unfortunately typically not the greatest experience and that held true at Arlington Acura. I spent the first day haggling over services/items that were added to the car that I didn't even ask for, we never even got to the price of the vehicle. Once I finally got all that taken off, then there was discrepency regarding financing and the published price of the car at the time of purchase, which I am still trying to them to acknowledge. Love the car, hate the process.

Tim Lipsey was extremely welcoming and took the time to answer all of our questions. When we came back weeks later, there was no pressure and we never felt like we were "just a number" like some of the other dealerships. Brian Bevill was also extremely great to work with.
