As usual, I went to my periodic service check @ Tony Honda. So grateful that my Service Advisor, Sean Kikuchi, fit me into his tight Saturday schedule within days of calling. Normally if I call the service appointment desk, they'll fit me into the next available slot, which could be a couple weeks out. I waited at the site and the job was done in about 40 minutes. Sean takes care of me and gives me his honest opinion on what needs to be checked/maintained at that visit. It's such a GREAT relief knowing that I have a Service Advisor whom I can trust that will not take advantage of me. Not only is he ALWAYS helpful, but he listens and pays full attention to my concerns; plus, he's super nice and friendly! I will never see any other Service Advisor as long as he is working.
