KERRY KOBAYASHI WAS AMAZING! ! When we went there a girl came up to us and started asking what we’re interested in and we told her. Instead of her showing us the cars she starte ! When we went there a girl came up to us and started asking what we’re interested in and we told her. Instead of her showing us the cars she started digging for “what’s your credit like?” “what kind of down do you have?” after we told her we can worry about that after we’re here to look. She kept pushing about budgeting and we told her we don’t have a budget. AGAIN LOOKING. she then goes “well let me know if you need help” and walked away from us without even showing us any cars. We did our own looking and saw a few we liked. Kerry Kobayashi ended up coming to help us. Super helpful and friendly! He wasn’t pushy or forcing anything on us. Kerry literally took care of us from the start to the finish! He went above and beyond with trying to get us the right car and even walked up and down the isles with us till we found the right one! He wasn’t about money he was trying to make us comfortable and happy . I’ll definitely come back to work with Kerry! Connor from Financing was also super friendly and helpful! Thank you Kerry and Connor for helping us and making this experience a great one as we shopped for a first time car for our son! More

I have been at this dealership a couple of times and my experiences have been wonderfully. Since I arrived in my car, they were waiting for me, opened doors for me, and treating me like a queen. Our servic experiences have been wonderfully. Since I arrived in my car, they were waiting for me, opened doors for me, and treating me like a queen. Our service representative was David Pagan, he is very knowledgeable, professional and you can tell he cares for his clients. He took the time to explain every single detail of what was going on with my Odyssey. He even called my husband at work to make sure we both understood what was going on. Everybody was sooo nice, from the uncle who was refilling the snacks to the mechanics who were taking care of my car. As soon as you entered the building you can tell people are happily working here and it gets reflected in the excellence customer service you receive. Leslie New and Tiani Perez were incredibly nice too. I'm so glad we have a Honda van and we will continue to come back for sure to this dealership if needed. And if we need a new car I dont want to go anywhere else, they earned my trust. So recommended. Super happy customer right here! More
