To schedule service Cutter Ford uses an AI. The AI failed to notify the service department that I was coming in for service. Fortunately my service advisor took the car anyway. Cutter Ford needs to stop using the AI. My advisor told me how to bypass the AI in the future but this should not even be necessary.

In 2022 I purchased a 2016 mustang and I've been coming back ever since. I love that car so much, when it was time to trade it in. I went back into Honolulu Ford and met up with Dallas Montalbo-Leopoldo. Because of the professionalism and great customer service of Dallas, I traded my Mustang in for my new BMW X5!! Dallas went out of his way to find this car that works perfectly in my budget. An he actually talked with me and made me feel heard. About my needs & wants, and when I seen the X5. I lost my mind on how beautiful it was, I'm 74 years old. I bought so much cars in my time. An out of all the experiences I've had. Dallas and the management team has been the greatest to work with. Will be doing future business with them along as I can! Highly recommend.

This is my third lease with Mike Saunders, Sales Manager and second with Greg Castillo, Finance Manager. I’m a repeat customer because I’ve always been treated like family. They listen and bend over backwards to make me feel appreciated. I can honestly say I’ve never drove off the lot disappointed. Didn’t experience problems with my prior 2 and don’t expect to with this one. Some close to me and many I know of look down on Fords, but their opinion on my truck that they put no money into is something I could careless about. I’ve owned a brand new Dodge 2500 Mega cab which has always been my dream truck and had nothing but problems. Not going to lie I was skeptical giving up a truck I’ve always wanted for my first F-150. Kellin was great to work with, friendly, knowledgeable, and he went out of his way to help us. We purchased a Ford Escape and the undercoating had to be carried out after we left, and he drove it back to our condo so it will be waiting for us when we return. Everything went very smoothly with our purchase.

Very poor Customer Service, Repair Department. #1 Girls in the Service office couldn't be bothered, like I was taking them away from their busy time talking story, that was the 1st time. #2 Had to do my own customer service follow up if parts were in yet for the repair, when they clearly said, "we'll call you"; but didn't mean it obviously as they did not. #3 Had appt, and like deer in headlights "what?; why you here?" bad experience, bummer I'm forced to deal with them because of factory warranty's.
