I traded in my Camry for a used Mercedes s550. The buying process was totally fine. But later the bank contacted me saying I haven’t paid for my Camry. I told them I traded in my car at the dealer The buying process was totally fine. But later the bank contacted me saying I haven’t paid for my Camry. I told them I traded in my car at the dealership and contacted Honolulu ford. Got the run around from them. One month goes by and the bank contacts me again saying I’m two months behind now. My credit score plunged and I still haven’t gotten any answer from ford. Also I still haven’t gotten my safety check from them and when I went there they tell me my tint is too dark. On the car they sold me! They are great when it comes to selling you the car. But after they get your money they don’t not care about you and will kept putting you off. Beware of Honolulu ford!! Terrible service! More
