I live about 3 hours away from Hobson in Santa Rosa County, FL, but they had the vehicle I was looking for at a heck of a price. We worked everything out over text and email, I drove up there and got back on the road in a hurry. Even factoring in the drive time, it took less time than my last car purchase did in town. They were able to get better financing than I could get using the lowest local credit union in my area, and handled the tax/tag/title flawlessly, too, which is not always best for out-of-state purchases. Next time I need to buy a car, I'm just going to send Bubba what I'm looking for and wait for him to find it.

Words cant describe the customer service , willingness to accommodate , & upmost treatment as if I had been a customer for many years. Upon the first purchase just months ago I am committed to Oliver Sales and Leasing as well as Oliver European Service Center for a lifelong commitment to buy and service my cars. My first purchase is an immaculate G63 (G-Wagon Turbo). Not only have I gotten an immaculate car I received a deal no other company could touch. I worked with Pierre who was & is fantastic person and would never compare him to a salesperson personally as he allows you to look around and tell him what you want and he finds it! He isn't interested in selling what is in stock only as much as making the customer happy in what they are looking for. He listens first which is a rare trait to have. That is based off my experience as Oliver Sales & Leasing, Inc took me straight to see what I wanted and found it in days, had shipped over, and even shipped over to me passing the saving along from a lower shipping rate he received. I don't judge people however I can say that many people would leave the higher fee and say nothing. Definitely not let you know and pass the savings along which shows how honest this business is run. I would recommend Oliver Sales and Leasing to anyone as well as the Service Center

Character, Integrity and Sacrifice for Customer Satisfaction - satisfied

Experiences with Used Car Dealerships can be varied. Andrew Katz is different and truly a "cut above" the norm. He was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating in our purchase of a used Volvo XC60 for my wife. But sometimes things don't always turn out as expected. We experienced an unforeseen issue after taking ownership of the car. Rather than rightfully just standing behind the purchase contract and the "as is" language, Andrew went out of his way to make sure everything was resolved and that we were completely satisfied. To the point, he didn't have to do this. And he certainly didn't have to do this at sacrifice and cost to himself. Customer satisfaction really is a premium for Andrew. I would unequivocally recommend Andrew and Anything Automotive, especially if you appreciate character and integrity.

Autolink does not resemble other used car dealerships. Physically, it is in a first class office building tucked away in a tree lined area away from the main highway in Marietta. The offices of Claude and Esther lead to the enclosed showroom in the back, containing around 40 premium automobiles. These 40 cars are representative of what Claude can obtain. My wife originally selected a blue 2013 BMW 335 which they had in stock. However, she changed her mind in favor of a black/leather one. Claude had one on the train inbound from California! Esther told me all about it-had EVERYTHING. Claude and I negotiated for all of two minutes and the smile has yet to leave my face from when I picked it up four days later. The car was perfect. Brand new tires and Claude had filled the license plate holes in front as we don't need them in Florida. It's just the two of them. No sales people. Claude loves cars and Esther is a delightful lady who knows her way through the paperwork. I recommend them to my friends and look forward to purchasing my next car from them. Everything seemed to go smoothly at first. Via phone, text and email we were able to come together on my trade and their BMW I8. We did that way as I'm located over 6 hours away in another state. Again everything seemed to be going fine. The first red flag was the only way they would take the down payment was via wire transfer. The next one was they picked up my trade well before shipping my I8 and did not ship it until they received my trade. This whole process took over 2 weeks, so far no harm no foul only I was without my 2nc car for over 7 days. Upon the cars arrival I was very happy with the I8, except they did not send the charger. Luckily I was setup with a fast charger so it was not a big issue. Then the big problem started. My trade, now 30 days ago was still not paid off so I had to make a payment (now I'm paying on two cars). Also during this time I canceled my extended service plan on my trade and it was credited to my still unpaid off trade. After several calls and attempts to get it paid off by day 45 it still was not paid so I had to make another payment to keep it from getting late. Still no payoff sent on my trade. The next big problem is they sent my title work to my home state but only titled it and did NOT register it, they also gave me no paper work. So finally on day 50 they payoff my trade and since I paid 2 payments and canceled my service contract I should be getting a $1,400 overpayment from the auto loan. Instead I get a $32 check! On my contract to purchase with them they were suppose to send $31,452 to payoff my car, instead when they finally got the around to paying it off they called and found out the pay out had dropped from my 2 payments and service contract cancelation and instead of sending the contracted amount they sent $1,400 less! It has now been over 3 months and I can not get anywhere with the dealership on the $1,400 and I'm still fighting to get the registration done as the DMV is asking for the original title to compete the process but TD Auto Finance has the original and will not send it to me. Hands down the worst car buying experience I've ever had and short changing the payoff by $1,400 is nothing short of criminal. Please read deeply into the other reviews and others have had issues getting their trades paid off as well as title issues. Be warned if you buy here you'd better expect no less issues than I've had. I've been ripped off for $1,400 and have a beautiful BMW I8 sitting in my garage with no registration 90 days later. BUYER BEWARE, they operate like a company with BIG cash flow issues!

Pay attention to their negative reviews because they tell the true story about how this dealership operates. If you ignore all this then at least get the vehicle inspected by an independent mechanic before purchasing.

Where do I start?. If I could give this dealership zero stars I would. They sell faulty cars. I spent roughly seven grand. The first time I picked up the car It broke down. Turns out that the starter and alternator went out. After that there were a boat load of issues with the car. I tried to work with Chino to fix. But this place sells bad cars period. I changed the spark plugs on the vehicle too. If you are in a bad spot please exhaust all other options before coming to this dealership. Had to have them repo the car because the car could not drive! I refused to pay for a vehicle that does not work. Missed one payment but I feel relieved that this car is gone. This dealership is like a haunted house that preys on those that are in a less than favorable situation.

I bought a used car from Bill Holt Mitsubishi last week (salesman = Billy Alford), and I do have to say I don't think I've ever had a better and more pleasant car buying experience. I am an analytical person, and I research and think for days, weeks, and even months before making a significant purchase. The first time I came in, Billy set me up for a test drive, and he was respectful of my desire to investigate a few other candidates that I had on my list. A couple weeks later I came back and bought this car from him. There doesn't seem to be any nonsense at this dealership., and let's be honest, we can't say that about every dealer. Indeed, the same day I bought my car from them, I walked out of another dealership who was so aggressive it turned into a battle. My five star experience was not just on the sales side. When it came time to actually sign the papers and make decisions around buying the car, Brandon the business manager was just as helpful and courteous. Yes, like all dealers they have some add-ons you can buy if you want them, such as extended warranties, and in my case I actually made the first inquiry about them, but they're not overly aggressive about them. In short, my experience leads me to believe they actually like and respect their customers. If the service department is anything like the sales side, I will be having my new car serviced here. If you're looking for a used car, or any Mitsubishi (and you should consider them because they make great dependable cars), then I would definitely give this dealership an opportunity to earn your business. I'm very happy with my car, the value I received, the treatment I experienced, and so I do highly recommend Billy and this dealer.
