This is our 4th VW dealership purchase - 3rd from this dealership. We came back because it's always felt easy and this time was no different. We purchased a used car from the lot and are very happy with our new car! We can't say enough about Justin. Not only did he get excited along with us about our purchase, he kept us entertained throughout the process. He was knowledgeable, kind, personable, and he made our experience great. We'll likely ask for him in the future, with hopes that he can help again when needs arise. We would be remiss to not also mention Brett in finance. He was fantastic and carried us through that part of the process painlessly.

We bought a Mercedes EQS 580 from these folks. We live in California. The absolute best car buying experience weve ever had. They even arranged the car to be shipped to us in California. The follow up has been PERFECT!!!! Doc even responded to our texts while he was out of the country on a trip with his new wife. Walter the manager has been incredibly kind and patient with our silly questions as this is our first electric vehicle. Things that I thought were wrong and missing in fact weren't. Walter has been quick to respond and help us with even the smallest of questions. We can't recommend theze folks highly enough. Good job and THANK YOU Doc and Walter!!!
