My name is Mr Watson I took my truck to Bella Nissan to have a sensor replaced a poem receiving my truck back my truck was heavily damaged on the right side I talked to the service manager he repeated it told me he was going to fix it why we were standing talking me and him are my side from the wheel was broken he walked to my truck and knocked it back in which is the stores on the side he repeatedly said we're going to fix this as soon as Alexia grinsky service director get it then upon me calling the service director alexian several time talk to Mr David about my truck they received it said they going to call me back call me back upon my truck was returning heavily damage when I went in to bring my truck in service sales Derek and Peter offered to buy my truck they did a walk around my truck and took pictures of my truck off me $4,000 more than my truck was valued for a poem coming back to receive my truck my truck was wrecked damaged very very bad Nissan of Bella keep repeating said they going to get back with me get back with me they have never called me this happened on September 9th here it is September the 29th no one still haven't returned my calls please do not go to Bella Nissan they would not responsible and they would tell you a lie in a heartbeat so how was my truck Damaged when your sales manager offered me 4.000 over book value I have in black and white where Derrick sales manager. so how he offered more if truck was wrecked ask him and Peter salesman

This has been one the worse businesses that I've been involved with in in a very long time. I was recommended to come the the Classic Collision by Hennessy Atlanta Lexus and I will never return ever again. It is enough that my car was hit by a Uber driver but when my arrived on 11-20-17 it has been a nightmare. They lie to you from the receptionist to the General Manager to the collision repairer. I am in my late 40's and I was treated like I was getting my Tonka toy truck repaired. I had to call every day for 29 days straight, I had to go up there on my lunch breaks to make sure that my car was being repaired. This "Certified" Lexus repairer told me that my car was going to be repaired four times and all the times he promised me none of them turned out to be true. On the days that I would call I knew they had caller ID they wouldn't even pick up the phone they would not even say hello just put my incoming all into a voicemail. I love my Lexus dealer and trust they would not steer me wrong and after I picked up my car I had to take it to Lexus because the Airbag light kept coming on and off and then when I turned my air on it sounded like a train coming from my vents and my car only have 50K miles on it and I keep up on all the maintenance. I took it back to Lexus and they had to repair my car and I have no idea where or who paid the bill but I am very thankful for them repairing what Classic Collision didn't take care of. But I didn't read the reviews on this company until I took my car to Classic Collision if I would have read the awful reviews from other Lexus owners I wouldn't have taken my car to them in the first place. Please stay away from this unprofessional and very inconsiderate auto collision place.

I would absolutely advise anyone that need vehicle maintenance to take it to Lagrange Nissan their great!!!
