I had two recalls on my 2023 CR-V Hybrid and he kept me informed as to when the repair kits arrived to the dealership so I could make my appt. for service. He (and the phone staff) were always pleasant and helpful. I felt I was a valued customer.

The service advisor, Trevor, was so much help in getting my vehicle in for its first servicing.He found my phone which I had left at the service desk and ensured it got into my car so it would be there when the servicing was finished. The car looked great and clean when I picked it up. Servicing did not take long and I had the vehicle back within the hour. Trevor was friendly, professional and a joy to work with. The type of person you want as a service advisor, someone able to answer questions when I call.

One reason we recently purchased another Honda is because we love and trust our service department advisor. Marvin is thorough, explains what needs to be done, and gives us cost estimates up front. As well as being knowledgable, he is extremely friendly and patient when explaining the issues involved. He cares that the right work gets done, the right way, in the timeframe discussed. We know we will be needing service throughout the life of our vehicle, so it is important to us to go to people we trust. Shannon provides us with wonderful care as well. They are honest with us about what needs to be done and what can wait. The work that is performed on our CRV has been high quality. Thank you!

Scheduled the safety recall for the rear camera harness prior to arrival. Unfortunately they could not complete the repair until the next afternoon. They let us use a new Ridgeline to return to our residence which is an hour drive away. The next day my repaired Ridgeline was delivered to my house. Really saved me from a lot of inconvenience.

Chris Khiev is THE SHINING STAR of Gwinnett Place Honda. I brought my CRV in for routine maintenance this past Saturday morning 6/22. Chris remembered me, he listened to all my plans, and made sure that my CRV got the absolute best care and service. He has been my special go-to person since last summer, and I always feel confident and safe with my car in his presence. He explained to me all the things I should do to keep my car running well, and what things I can service at later times. Chris always looks out for his customers, and I hope to continue seeing Chris in my future visits to this dealership. Thanks Chris!

Non existent Customer Service I scheduled an appointment and upon arrival was told they could not complete the repair because they did not have the part. If they did not have the part, why did they schedule the appointment. I would not subject my worst enemy to the lack of customer service demonstrated by the Service Department under the leadership of William Sawyer. Read the reviews on Yelp and BBB. Walsh Honda does not understand the concept of customer service.

This dealership is a complete scam. Stay away! We bought our Odyssey from the Hennessy Honda of Woodstock and they sold us a "comprehensive extended warranty" for thousands of dollars. Well, we took the car when it needed parts repair - gas tank gasket leak. They told us a rodent chewed a hose and thus it is not eligible for warranty coverage. Quoted us $2060 for that repaid and another $1,300 for other "services". We were wondering how it's possible to have a rodent damage when the car is used daily and stored in a safe place. We took the car to an independent Honda shop and they showed us (and took photos) that there is no evidence of anything chewing the hose and the issue is truly parts failure (and is covered by our warranty). The rest of the "services" they quoted were also exaggerated and not need at our mileage. Stay away from this greedy and deceitful business. They are a fraud.
