It’s hard to find someone these days with as much passion in what they do. Rick Eves is by far the best. His customer service and craftsmanship is old school. You don’t get any better than that. We are very pleased. Highly recommended.

The most impressive was the care and concerned that I received from Misty my service consultant. My rating for her would be a 15+. She is a very humble, respectable, professional and timely person. She responded to my concerns in a very timely manner and kept me updated. I’ve had other service persons make me feel like I was a bother but Misty made me feel like she was happy that I came FSF for service. Initially, I spoke to Misty and friends telling me to check out 2 other service dealerships. There prices were a little less than FSF, but it was the conversation and caring friendliness from Misty that made me come back to Five Star. Some people are born with that gift and she is truly one of them. Everyone was nice and professional but she really stood out.

I WOULD LIKE TO SPECIFY IN THIS REVIEW THAT ALL PARTIES TO INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING PEOPLE WERE MORE THAN PROFESSIONAL AND TREATED ME LIKE PART OF THEIR TEAM. I JUST PURCHASED A 2020 EXPLORER FROM THE POOLER STORE FROM MEGAN O'RIELY AND I CONTACTED HER TO LET HER KNOW THAT I FOUND A OIL LEAK COMING FROM MY REAR AXEL AND 2 OF THE TIRES ON THE CAR WERE WARPED AND THE TIRES WERE SEPARATING AFTER ONLY 3 WEEKS OF HAVING THE VEHICLE. SHE IMMEDIATELY TOOK ACTION AND GOT ME IN TOUCH WITH PATRICK KENNEDY WHO WELCOMED ME TO THE SAVANNAH STORE AND THEN TOOK ME STRAIGHT TO THE SERVICE TEAM AND HAD ME CHECKED IN AND SET UP WITH THE LOANER. I WAS THEN INTRODUCED TO JOHN GOTTLIEB WHO DID THE WALK THROUGH AND GAVE ME GREAT AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. THIS IS WHY I AM GIVING THIS REVIEW 5 STARS. THEY FIXED MY OIL LEAK AND PUT TWO NEW TIRES ON THE FRONT OF THE VEHICLE AND DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE ME THE DEDUCTIBLE, AND COVERED IT ALL UNDER THE BLUE CERTIFIED WARRANTY. MY ONLY ISSUE IS I WAITED A WHOLE WEEK TO GET THIS CAR DELIVERED TO ME, DUE TO BACK ORDERED WINDOW AND I FEEL THESE ISSUES SHOULD HAVE BEEN CAUGHT DURING THE INITIAL INSPECTION OF THE CAR AS THIS WAS SOLD AS A FORD BLUE CERTIFIED USED VEHICLE AND I AM SURE THERE IS SUPPOSED TO BE SOME TYPE OF (100 POINT INSPECTION PROCESS) DONE BEFORE SELLING THE VEHICLE. THIS REALLY MADE THE VACATION WE PLANNED VERY UNSETTLING SINCE WE FOUND THESE ISSUES RIGHT BEFORE OUR TRIP AND WE DECIDED ON THE EXPLORER TO HAVE ROOM TO TRAVEL IN AND HAD TO SETTLE FOR A MAVERICK WHICH I WAS TOLD THAT WAS ALL THEY HAD AND I UNDERSTAND, HOWEVER I JUST WANTED TO POINT OUT THE ISSUES THIS CAUSED TO EMPHASIZE THE SMALL THINGS THAT COULD HELP MAKE YOUR TEAM BETTER.

I went to this Ford for the first time since owning my new/used car. I didn’t have any appointment but walked in and met Cedric who got me taken care of right away. He was great from start to finish. He was extremely communicative and kind. I had forgotten to mention I had an extended warranty until a Friday afternoon and he was able to get that settled up before the weekend so I wouldn’t be without my car for longer. With my last car I had a lot of issues at the end and definitely wasted some money on repairs at local shops so the detail and videos/quotes provided by Ford really put me at ease with repairs I wasn’t quite prepared for. I will absolutely try to have Cedric as my future advisor for all my service needs. He made the entire process a 10/10 experience. Had it not been for him I’m sure I would’ve had some more frustration with not having my car for a little and having some unexpected findings. Highly recommend both Cedric and Hennessy Ford Atlanta.

REDEMTION!!!!!!! I was beyond hesitant about bringing my vehicle back for a service check after my first visit a few weeks back. But the Sales manager and my cool Service Adviser T. Crook made things right by me. Not only did I bring my car in for the inquiry that I had about my clutch, but I also had an issue with my passenger side window as well. I was hesitant about even bringing it up, but I did. My advisor assured me that they'd look carefully at my transmission and also ensure that the window was taken care of. They kept my vehicle for a week and made sure that I got it in return with all issues resolved. When I returned for my vehicle the following Monday, my advisor greeted me and told me they'd get me in and out after doing a walk around of my loaner. The transaction was seamless and quick. he explained to me all that was done and reassured me that the Stivers Service team would do better in the future. That was extremely confronting because I really did not want to find another Ford dealership lol. I appreciate this team now and hope that the Customer - Service Advisor trust will continue for us in the future. #Mustard Thanks Again for the awesome work.

I used Fayetteville Ford's mobile service today for an oil change. Great service! Fayetteville Ford management communicated with me who would be coming out, the time, and type of vehicle they would be arriving in. The technicians showed up on time, were polite and professional. Asked permission to do the oil change where the car was parked. They listened to my requests and acknowledged what they found afterward. I didn't have to take time off of work or out of my day off to sit in the service department waiting room. I will definitely use this service again.

I was going out of town in two days, driving my new Ford Flex that I purchased from Murray Ford. I hit a curb and blew out a tire on Friday. No where in my town was there a tire, so we took the car to back to David Strickland at Murray. They found a tire in Jacksonville, Florida. They drove to Jacksonville to pick up the tire and bring it back to St Mary's and put it on my car so I could go out of town. That is service above and beyond. Another reason I would recommend Murray Ford.
