WOW! Awesome service in the Hyundai Service Department - I was in from out of town and got a flat tire- and I mean totally flat no driving on it what so ever- needed a new tire ASAP to be able to drive back home- 7 hours away. Hunter Mila at the Service Dept was such a great help and found a tire for my vehicle and also got my tire warrenty all set as well. Thank you so much!! Very caring and going the extra mile service dept. I would highly recommend bringing your vehicle here! ** Also a shout out to Chris in the service department who helped me get a ride to where I was staying. Thank you so very much!! Tara!

I had an excellent experience. The trade in and purchase of my new Genesis GV80 was quick and thorough. I was also given one on one instruction for the new technology in my vehicle.

Made me pay almost $250 for registration and title on top of their ridiculous $900 dealer fee and they did not do my tag application and let my temp tag expire without notice… When I asked why I did not receive my tag, sales person says they goofed and asks me, while out of town, to go do the tag application myself… then why in the world did I pay you the $250??? Also, it’s ok with them to let you go around with expired tag… Never doing business there again!

Kept my car in service for 2 months and then blamed it on their hydrolic lift being broken. They offered me a free car wash for my troubles and refused to discount their services. As I drove it home, the newly hooked up screen starting glitching and I had to turn and give it to them for another week. Service people were rude, manager was no better. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR REPAIRED HERE.

Service Department is great! My Service Agent Carmen is the greatest. I will not deal with anyone else. Been bringing my Genesis there for 6 years now.
