Mr. Glass was very professional. He is a "Go Getter". I was waiting to have my vehicle service and he can to the waiting area and introduced himself and offered me a deal of a lifetime. He made me feel comfortable trading in my 2023 Chevy Silverado for a 2025 GMC Sierra. I was skeptical due to the fact that the vehicle had just been in an accident and I though I would loose a lot on the deal. He was interested in what I was looking for in a truck and ensured me that he could make it happen. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicles he showed me and I chose the 2025 GMC Sierra. The entire experience with him was tremendous. I will seek out him for my next purchase!

Overall, I rate The Brannen Motor Company a must visit for those looking for a straightforward and genuine feeling car buying experience. I have experienced less than a handful of what I would describe as an outstanding dealership experience since buying my first car 30+ years ago— The Brannen Motor Company is in that category. In the process of looking for a Corvette, I found one on the Brannen website that matched my search criteria. Not new to internet buying, my inquiry was immediately addressed by Jeff, the general sales manager. The new norm I have experienced is some third-party service or administrative assistant gathers as much data on you so they can to include phone number, email, location, trade-in, favorite food, etc. to pass off to the newest salesperson to hound you even after you move on. I knew right away that I was being taking seriously though they had no more information about me other than my name during my initial phone call about the car’s pricing and dealer addons. Since I lived over 200 miles away, I decided to make the deal over the phone later that day. The next day I decided I wanted to add a trade-in to the deal. With only a vin and estimated mileage I had candid conversation about what was the max they could offer. Needless to say, to we got to a deal quickly. In a recent internet dealing with another dealer, I have experienced they wanted mileage down to the exact mile, pics of the entire interior and all four sides, scratches, dings, and tire wear, and after they presented a lowball offer. Delivery of the vehicle went as smooth as other my other engagements. Everything was ready on a Saturday morning, to include the installation of the additional parts I had ordered. In today’s mega-dealerships where you get the feeling you are in an aircraft hangar or big -box store when you walk in, it was nice enter a dealership that presented a down-to-earth atmosphere. Kind of reminded of me of going to the dealership with my dad back in the day. The staff met all my expectations as they all worked to address my concerns and requests, especially Billy. Ryan in the business department processed the paperwork, and rather than “recommending” what I should get, he asked me what I thought I needed in terms of extended coverage. Again, not typical from many of my other experiences. The Brannen Motor Company is a definite recommend and worth your consideration when shopping for a vehicle.

I feel like I got a good deal without the back and forth. The book on his desk was a nice touch look at while we were waiting on the finance team. My car has been serviced through them along with my truck. The service department is awful. They could not fix my new car, even after putting it on the computer. They kept it for 2 days, i had to pick it up still with problems. When i asked why they cant fix it, they said " We dont know what is wrong with it", even though you can hear and feel it when you start it up. They have no knowledge to what they are doing when i asked specifics. This is not a place to service your vehicles. I will never go there again, plus they have messed up my truck air. After each oil change, something has gone out on my cars. Both are new cars and should not have these problems. Do not take you vehicle to this place. Never deal with Rincon Chevy again!
