Super friendly staff all around, from the nice lady that answers the phone to the final sales associate. Absolutely no high pressure sales tactics anywhere. Best of all, I got a top quality new ride at a respectably low price with zero haggling. Definitely a family owned vibe all around. They were even kind enough to store my existing vehicle for a couple of days so that I could take my fancy new car home. I live alomst 2h away, but this is definitely where I will be buying Chevrolet vehicles from now on.

Mr. Glass was very professional. He is a "Go Getter". I was waiting to have my vehicle service and he can to the waiting area and introduced himself and offered me a deal of a lifetime. He made me feel comfortable trading in my 2023 Chevy Silverado for a 2025 GMC Sierra. I was skeptical due to the fact that the vehicle had just been in an accident and I though I would loose a lot on the deal. He was interested in what I was looking for in a truck and ensured me that he could make it happen. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicles he showed me and I chose the 2025 GMC Sierra. The entire experience with him was tremendous. I will seek out him for my next purchase!

I visited Southtowne Chevrolet on 12/21 to address something in one of the tires on my Blazer - it needed to be plugged. Was advised that the hole was too close to the inner wall of the tire - I would have to purchase a tire. I was given a price for the same brand/size tire that is on my vehicle (Michelin Premium LTX, 235/55R20), & advised a tire would be ordered, for my return to the dealership on 12/26 to swap out tires. I called the morning of 12/26 to be told that the tire was never ordered. One service advisor said "the other svce advisor was supposed to order it". That svce advisor claimed they knew nothing about it. The svce advisor I was talking to said that particular tire was discontinued, but had 4 alternate tires in stock (which were more money: Michelin Primacy, 235/55R20), so I went ahead & told him I would purchase 2 of those, & needed an oil change as well, to which he advised to arrive around 4pm. On my way to Southtowne, I received a call from them advising they couldn't accomodate my needed service for that day & requested I return the next day. I told the svce advisor I was already on the way there - I couldn't wait another day. Upon my arrival, I advised the svce advisor that I was willing to wait for them to service my Blazer, which they were able to do by 6pm. Don't appreciate all of the drama & the fact that someone didn't do their job, which made it worse for those working on 12/26, & me....but I am thankful that my Blazer was able to be serviced. I typically don't have issues from the service dept at this dealership.

I’ve never had such an amazing experience buying a vehicle. These guys are up front and transparent, no games or surprises basically what you see is what you get. Not only did they give me a very good price on my 2021 Silverado 1500 LT Trail Boss, for a minimal deposit they also held the truck for a month to give my wife and I time to finish closing on our house! They consistently went out of their way throughout the entire process and showed the importance they place on customer service. They even delivered my truck to my house after my wife got called into work the day we were supposed to drive out of town to the dealership! This is a small hometown dealership that honestly cares more about establishing relationships and taking good care of people than they do about profits. I cannot recommend them highly enough - if you live in GA (especially South or middle GA) and are looking for a vehicle, you need to give this small town dealership in Unadilla a call, I promise you will not regret it!

Never buy a car from these people. After 45 days, the tag paperwork was still not done. The temporary tag expired...Was told I could go to the tag office and file for an extension...On paperwork they failed to do. I finally call the dealership, they tell me the paperwork is done...I go to the tag office, it's still not done. So, I go by the dealership, the "manager" completely blows me off. Total xxxxxx bag. Didn't even offer me a sincere apology...after not doing their job and me taking off work to go to the tag office. Which I will have to do again...These people suck!!! Shop elsewhere...

William Strickland stopped by to introduce himself and thanked me for my business. (Shout out to Liddy Strickland who asked how I chose the dealership - which is 90 miles from my home. I came for the car, and got a huge bonus with the excellent customer service.) Highly recommend!

Steve was friendly and knowledgeable. I honestly went to verify I liked the Harvest Bronze color on the Colorado Trail Boss, so he answered all my questions and went for another test drive. Picked up the truck a week later after the bed liner was applied and talked with Jason about warranty options. These options were provided at the time of the purchase, but didn't want it financed and knew I would be back. He too was very helpful....no pressure.

My car has been serviced through them along with my truck. The service department is awful. They could not fix my new car, even after putting it on the computer. They kept it for 2 days, i had to pick it up still with problems. When i asked why they cant fix it, they said " We dont know what is wrong with it", even though you can hear and feel it when you start it up. They have no knowledge to what they are doing when i asked specifics. This is not a place to service your vehicles. I will never go there again, plus they have messed up my truck air. After each oil change, something has gone out on my cars. Both are new cars and should not have these problems. Do not take you vehicle to this place. Never deal with Rincon Chevy again!

Service did not fix the car as needed for electrical problem with the map and entertainment screen. The car was there four business days. Service calls and says it is fixed. I started the car, and the same problem persisted. It shouldn't have been that hard to check it. So, I had to get the car towed to another dealer who can fix it right. Wasted many days on this problem, and now have to start over.
